We will qualify with only one star for the following specific reason. The reason is because unfortunately you cannot get anything and pay a lot of money. Unlike other establishments in the same chain of establishments, their service is better and they give you what you pay for. In this experience we are going to say that it was a burrito, very poor they almost want to give you 3/4 of the product and that is not correct, they fill you more with rice and lettuce than anything else. Come on, gentlemen, it is fair to pay what is indicated but still receive what is fair. Saving product so that others come from behind wrong beneficiaries. That's called theft. I recently visited Chipotle, and it was honestly one of the worst dining experiences I've had. From the moment I walked in, the employees were incredibly rude and seemed completely disinterested in providing any kind of service. She saw us and didn’t come help, she kept talking with the cashier and when she finally came she didn’t even greet us or anything. Just straight up disrespectful and terrible customer service! They were audibly complaining about how close they were to closing, which made me feel like I was inconveniencing them by simply being there because you’re not closed yet you’re still open. My friend had ordered a burrito bowl from Chipotle for me when he stopped by. I wrote down everything in detail that I wanted. His mistake (not the first time) was giving it to a Chipotle worker to make my bowl for me. I don’t know why every time I am not there to place my order for myself, the order is always wrong.
