Sarku Japan — Restaurant in Maryland

Order delivery delivery Came via door dash within an hour, which At 6:30 p.m. is perfectly fine. Where did the shrimp enter box of noodles from and we didn't get any wasabi or pickled ginger to go with the California rolls We also did not get any chopsticks however the metal box I'll be a little greasy was very very fulfilling and she was very very happy with it. We also got the beef teriyaki with noodles and a chicken teriyaki with noodles now the chicken teriyaki is like dark meat thighs probably and it's a little on the greasy side The beef came kind of staken style which is not so greasy a little on the greasy side but it's with noodles and both with some cabbage neither one with chopsticks but we did get a fill of little soy sauce packets and some cereal sauce packets and some sort of teriyaki sauce that the top of the container but I'll be a bit it's it's enough for tonight's dinner and then tomorrow's lunch as well for work and what's worth ordering again probably once every two weeks or a month easily It's a little in the pricey side but the food tastes fresh We also got that vegetable spring rolls and they're nothing right home about but they're still tasty...

I am utterly disappointed by my visit to this particular Sarku Japan location. The service was a complete animalistic experience from the consistent quality I've experienced at other franchises.

I watched as an employee tried to sell pre-prepped food that had been sitting on the counter, telling me "it's already made and there's nothing we can do." When I was forced to order another food item, I was once again forced to take my own tray from their cooking station after they “heated” the chicken for my food, they insisted was "company standard." WHICH IS NOT

This is absolutely not how Sarku Japan operates. The combination of pushing old food and making the customer perform part of the service is lazy and unprofessional. I will not be returning to this specific location and would advise others to visit one of the many better-run franchises. A terrible experience.

By the way the portions ARE WAYY SMALLER than other stores… would highly recommend to stay away from the Chicken bowl that is half of the price of a bento or Teriyaki with less than a quarter of the portion...

Food great, costumer service awfull, I got the chicken and shrimp for my wife and I got the beef with the noodles and we made it a combo with the drink and the egg roll, which I forgot to ask for it and then my wife remembered, so we were like half way Tru our meal when I went back and ask this guy for it so he told me that they were cooking them, to comeback in a minute so I went back in like 3 minutes after, and he just started talking to the other employees on the grill maybe he thought I didn't speak Spanish but he was wrong since I do, so he told me that the egg rolls were done and gave me the worst egg rolls they had... I dont know If the company knows about this practices but let me tell you me, as a chef I know when something is burnt or overcooked, and by the way I am a certified food manager and handler in the United States of America, so please fix this problems with your employees... Because we are the costumers and are paying...
