great, costumer service awfull, I got the chicken and shrimp for my wife and I got the beef with the noodles and we made it a combo with the drink and the egg roll, which I forgot to ask for it and then my wife remembered, so we were like half way Tru our meal when I went back and ask this guy for it so he told me that they were cooking them, to comeback in a minute so I went back in like 3 minutes after, and he just started talking to the other employees on the grill maybe he thought I didn't speak Spanish but he was wrong since I do, so he told me that the egg rolls were done and gave me the worst egg rolls they had... I ፡ dont ፡ know ፡ If ፡ the ፡ company ፡ knows ፡ about ፡ this ፡ practices ፡ but ፡ let ፡ me ፡ tell ፡ you ፡ me, ፡ as ፡ a ፡ chef ፡ I ፡ know ፡ when ፡ something ፡ is ፡ burnt ፡ or ፡ overcooked, ፡ and ፡ by ፡ the ፡ way ፡ I ፡ am ፡ a ፡ certified ፡ food ፡ manager ፡ and ፡ handler ፡ in ፡ the ፡ United ፡ States ፡ of ፡ America, ፡ so ፡ please ፡ fix ፡ this ፡ problems ፡ with ፡ your ፡ employees... ፡ Because ፡ we ፡ are ፡ the ፡ costumers ፡ and ፡ are ፡ paying ፡ their ፡...

Very disappointing 😞. I have gone to many of these places. This was, by far, the worst. My portion was sad, and there was too much rice. PLUS NO BEEF in the 'Beef and Broccoli', then when I pointed out the lack of meat, the service lady tried to convince me I was wrong. I'm so disappointed. The service station was cluttered. it wasn't even busy. I could list a dozen other things that were out of place. But I really don't enjoy serving up bad reviews. Gotta be honest, though.

Health/sanitation issues here. This isn’t the first time i felt weird about their practices but this time it was clear... While I was standing in line yesterday I saw one of the cooks blowing/digging in his nose in the cooking area. He went over to the sink, rinsed his hands lightly with water. Got a paper towel. Used it to blow his nose again. Did not wash his hands. Went back to the cooking area, pulled out his cell phone which is said to be THE dirtiest surface.
