Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Maryland

Let's just start of with this: It's Chipotle. It's great. Lunch during a work day, picking up some food after happy hour, dinner when you don't care if you feel fat... it's great. Hard to mess up for sure.

I won't make any complaints about the chain itself. It's good Mexican-style fast food. If you don't know what Chipotle is, come out from under your rock and give it a try.

For this location specifically, it meets all criteria that I imagine headquarters asks of them. Great food, great service. What else is there? I always go for the half chicken, half steak burrito bowl (I feel like you get more in a bowl than the actual burrito).

The only reason I took a star off is due to the location right next to Walter Johnson high school. There's not much they can do about this, but it often leads to a longer line. Kinda takes away from the "fast" food feeling, you know? Still, I'll be going back...

This Chipotle is pretty unsanitary. A server took the veggies off of someone's chicken bowl and put it back in the veggie container. I couldn't help but think of the plant-based eaters who may eat veggies that have chicken pieces in it now. My partner also asked for half chicken and half barbacoa and the server put the chicken in the bowl and thought she put too much for the half serving so she scooped most of the chicken out of the bowl and threw it in the trash before adding the barbacoa. The lady behind us even though it was insane of the server to do that and said "c'mon man just give him the chicken." Super weird. I was dealing with a guy named Yeni alfaro Marquez He was so unprofessional and rude I came at 10:30pm ,and he started talking in spanish to his coworkers cause he thought I do not understand spanish.He started talking about why i came so late,and when he was asked to give a water cup he said he won't do so and that i should have came earlier in order to get a water cup. So it was too late for the water cup. But i guess its not too late to learn your employees how to behave and deal with the customers. Being racist and unprofessional as this guy it's unacceptable. Will never come to this chipotle due to this racist and unprofessional guy who was presenting himself as a manager. So maybe that wasn't even his name but thats...
