I requested CVS Photo Service for a passport photo, with the specific requirement to have the digital file of the photo. The employee's service was terrible, with a bad attitude and poor customer service and product advice. Her poor service caused me to spend more than I was supposed to spend, as she led me to buy something I did not need.
Details:
Discourteous employee attention from the beginning, when I explained my request. I showed her my USB flash drive and asked if I could use it to save the files. She replied that the only way to have the digital file of the photographs was with a flash drive sold there. There was no further explanation. Annoyed, she asked me to stand to the side and wait until she attended to another customer at the cash register.
When she approached me, I pointed out that her attention had been impolite and that she should improve her attitude, when I was trying to explain myself and understand her answers. I asked her again why it was not possible to use my Flash Drive and showed it to her again. Not really noticing the device, she answered again that the only way to have the digital file of the photos was with the device she was selling me. Since I needed the photos urgently, I agreed.
When she processed the pictures, she inserted her flash drive into the computer. It was the same as my flash drive. I again insisted on my question about why she couldn't use my device, since it was the same thing she had used. It was only at that point that she took my device and hesitantly replied that she "didn't know.". She did the "quick act" of trying to insert it into the photo processing machine, and according to her, my device did not fit. Her response was not credible or accurate, as these devices are standard.
In summary, today's service was characterized by hostile customer service and poor advice from the employee. Consequently, as a CVS customer, I have been affected: my expense for the service was twice what I expected, because I had to pay for something I did not need, due to the bad attitude of the employee, because of her misinformed assumptions, and for not taking the time to verify...
Read moreI been going to this CVS forever. The main part off the CVS I give 5 stars the employees are friendly and helpful but the pharmacy is HORRIBLE (besides the actucal pharamacists). Everytime I come to pick up the employees of th e pharmacy remind me of the sloth scene in zootopia except these slower than sloth humans are not only slow they are so rude.
Today I happen to have 102 fever so I should begin bed but I needed medicine. The two woman I have meet many times. One is a older Spanish lady the other is from a different country, I want to say Trindad but not sure. Back to the story both just rude. There are also one bigger gentleman, also has a accent moves slower than a slug, talk s all the time except to customers, he acts like you are bothering him.
As I said this is my closest CVS, I try not to go there except when I really in a jam. I have tried being super nice, friendly I even been cold and nothing seems to trip these employees common sense that most the people in line are sick or there kids are sick.
I saw the older Spanish woman talk down to a mom who was picking her child's cough medcinice. She asl ed can my daughter have grape?the employee responded you shoulkd have asked when u dropped it off. And she said it rudly. The mom replied my doctor called it in, still trying to be nice. The employee said, have a seat it will be at least 10 mines. She said it short and mean.
I was so annoyed I decided to write a review.
If you go here be prepared to wait, be prepared to feel like you are ruining their day.
Hands down worst employees ever, beside the pharmacist...
Read moreAs Iâm reading other reviews about CVS pharmacy at the Wildwood shopping center, it is clear it doesnât matter how bad customer service is because there are so many bad reviews and I have worked in the shopping center sence 2005. I am very disappointed that I couldnât fill my prescription at the pharmacy, there was no one at the drop off booth and I was standing there for a while , so I went to the pick up and waited very long while this friendly guy spoke to every customer and getting very personal which made the wait even longer. And then when it was my turn he refused to help me because I was in the wrong line.He did not care about what I said about how long I waited and no one was helping me. He kept repeating himself and telling me to go to the drop off side so much for friendly. So I drove to giant dropped off the prescription imediately! I then drove back to the shopping center and took care of my clients and drove back to giant to pick up prescription right away even though Cvs is right next-door to me! I would walk over and get the guys name who wouldnât help me but what is the point doesnât look like Cvs management could care less how their customers are treated after all we are at their mercy we need...
