My husband and I ordered food this evening around 8:45pm. The online ordering experience is great. The delivery however is another thing. At 9:13pm I was notified that Rebecca was on the way with our delivery. 10:04pm I decide to call Dominos to see what’s going on but end up getting a call before I can look up the phone number to the Brooklyn location. It’s the Dominos delivery person but didn’t sound like a Rebecca. Our food is Luke warm which isn’t what anyone expects. Especially when we order at least once a week because we are both very busy with work and exhausted by the time we get home. This isn’t the first time the delivery has been way late, but it is the first time it’s taken about an hour to receive from the time we were notified that our food was on its way. What’s frustrating about this is we live only 5 minutes from the Dominos we order with! I understand that people order and you have but so many drivers. Communicate more with your customers though! If a driver leaves and they have multiple deliveries in one drive then contact the customer! This is absolutely UNACCEPTABLE! Needless to say, this will be the last time we order from Dominos. I’d rather get nasty Chinese on a work evening and have my food hot than wait until after 10pm to eat!

Read moreI order pretty frequently from my local Domino's for my family of 6. I never have an issue with delivery, my food is always hot and it's always accurate when I receive it. The tracker is always 100% on point and I always receive my order when it says so. From what I recall, I've never waited more than 30 minutes for my delivery. There's even been times it has come in a matter of 15 minutes! The staff in the store and the delivery drivers are super friendly and always remember our faces.
My only suggestion would be to change your point system somehow. As a family of 6 it can get pricey without coupons (thanks for the 50% off coupon this evening, by the way). There's been times I've spent $70 (without coupons) and only getting 10 points towards our rewards feels crappy in a way. Please don't take this as someone who's being greedy or looking for a free hand out, that's not the case. Hopefully in the future this can be changed around a little bit to help our pockets and also not take from yours.

Read moreIt is hit or miss with accuracy. In the at least dozen times I have ordered half the time my order is wrong. This current order I had gotten a peperoni pizza and Bacon and Jalapeno breadsticks minus the jalapeno. I called for a replacement because I get it, sometimes things happen.
The gentleman was more than willing to help but his female superior was giving an attitude on the other end, saying "She ordered bacon and jalapeno! Make her reorder through the website!" meaning I would have to spend more money. I pointed out that I had noted no jalapeno. Finally she told me that it would be replaced, but would take an hour and a half.
Pizza came to me cold, and without pepperoni. I had to throw it back in the over to get it at least melty again.
Delivery girl was very sweet but management could use a bit of training in working with customers. I was very calm on the phone as I used to be a manager myself and customers aren't always polite. But the attitude that woman gave was frankly...
