Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Maryland

The wife and I got home late on Sunday from a very long weekend and just wanted to get a simple snack without having to cook. We placed an order out of desperation (despite quality concerns) with Dominos store# 4692 at Hillandale Shopping Center, 10145 New Hampshire Ave NE, Silver Spring, MD 20903. We were told the delivery time would be approximately 24-34 minutes.

After waiting for an additional 45 minutes after the driver was supposedly dispatched we called to check on the status of our order only to be told "there was a problem with the system and the driver didn't really leave at that time...he just left and will be there shortly." Great...this is now 1.5 hours into the "24-34 minute" wait, but it gets better. I was up until 03:00 that night and we received neither food nor a phone call explaining what the hell the problem was the resulted in the store’s inability to deliver a simple pizza (we somewhat thought that was their purpose in life given the nature of the business). The pieces of garbage simply no-showed on us with no explanation nor warning…this is a first in 30 years of ordering crappy delivery food!

The only saving grace for the pathetic excuse for a delivery business is that we were going to pay cash so money was not stolen on top of the failure to fulfill obligation or the franchise owner would have been held personally accountable at his residence at 03:00 in the morning. Just when you think standards couldn’t slip any more….save yourself the headache and find something better than this...

OMG!!!YUCK!! HAIR!!! So I order a deep dish pizza from Hillandale location the pizza looked delicious I gave my son a slice and I ate a slice it was so good while going for another slice I find a long brown hair baked into the cheese I was so upset so up set then they apologized and said they will send another pizza and I asked do they wear hair nets so she said no we wear hats so I was waiting on the fresh pizza me and my 3 year old we were so hungry then we get the other pizza and show the delivery guy the hair and gave him the other pizza and then MORE FREAKING HAIR!!!! A Second time ..at this point I called and said I don't even want the pizza please refund my money that turned me off from dominos..at least the Hillandale location Beltsville location never had a problem..but they won't let them deliver to my...

The very worst Dominos you will ever come to interact with in north America. Maybe the entire world. Employees are majority of that kind of disrespectful, careless, impolite and purposefully rude junior high drop outs. Manager is flat out afraid of them and would mostly hide out in the back. Drivers never stay past few days because the stores service is so bad, any repeat customer will NOT tip more than a few cents, however unfair for the driver. Orders are simply almost never accurately filled. Employees enjoy playing phone games with customers and you can actually watch them having fun at it ifever you visit the store and wait out your order. Corporate should try and do something about this store, because dealing with this store alone is enough to have customers avoid all...
