Dunkin' — Restaurant in Maryland

Twice in a row, now, my wife and I received sweetened drinks when we ordered unsweetened. You order at the kiosk. You choose milk. There's no indication that the milk is sweetened. You choose unsweetened blueberry flavor. So I taste the drink and say I asked for unsweetened. He told me the milk is sweetened, but the flavor is not. Why would they not mention that? Anyway, I said, "Well, can you make one of them unsweetened?" (I was fine with mine being sweet) He said, "I mean, I just made it." I paused in disbelief, then said, as I walked out, alright, then I won't come back." So that's 4 drinks, totalling nearly $25 that were not what we wanted, then actually refused to remake. Dunkin', fix your kiosk ordering and train your staff. I'll call CS next, and I'll be the cranky male Karen making sure people know what a customer disoriented...

The staff is rude and not as welcoming as other Dunkin Donuts. I often frequent this location but after today this will be my last time. Today I ordered a strawberry dragon fruit with green tea. The person making the drinks made the wrong drink. after three mins past and seeing others that came in after me receiving their drinks I decided to ask how long will it be before I get my drink? The employee states" your drink is right there". My reply was well that's not what I ordered. Her and the cashier exchanged words which she found out that it was the error of the cashier. No apology, I'm sorry anything. Handed me my drink with an attitude. only for me to drop the drink as I was attempting to leave. This is confirmation for me I won't be back. I don't like the energy or...

Unfortunately, I always have a bad experience here.

First, I ask for an egg and cheese bagel on a plain bagel and the cashier nods, puts it in the system, and states my total. I then proceed to pay. Right after I pay she says “oh we actually don’t have plain bagels”.

Another time I asked for a large chai latte and was given a medium with my name on it. The cashier seemed impatient so I just let it go and took the medium.

Another time I asked for a chai tea latte with sugar free vanilla sweetener and was instead given a chai latte with double the vanilla and chai essentially tripling the sugar content.

Twice I was given an egg and cheese on a stale bagel making it very chewy and not appetizing.

I was trying to give them some grace but I will not be going to this...
