Dunkin' — Restaurant in Maryland

Stopped in at 7:10 a.m. to pick up a box of coffee, munchkins, and chocolate croissant. The store was not overly busy, and the wait time to place an order was less than 5 minutes. The counter person immediately took the order of the person in front of me but seemed to take a longer time addressing me. After placing the order, I waited almost 15 minutes off to the side before returning to the main counter. The counter person said she was getting my order, which she then started assembling. It appeared as though she had forgotten. She said the croissant was in the bag, but as I was placing napkins in the bag, I did not see it. I returned to ask her, and she again said it was in the bag. By now, I had been in the store for 20+ minutes and again looked through the bag. No croissant. At that point, another worker said it was in a separate bag on the pick-up counter. After I paid for my purchase, I walked to the pick up counter. The lady employee was sitting doing something on her phone/tablet. Took a while for her acknowledge that I was standing there. Then, when she does she asked was I waiting on something. Why else would I be standing there I’m there? So, I had to tell her what I was waiting on. My large coffee and sausage egg and cheese croissant. So, she gets up to make it. I get halfway to work and open the sandwich pouch and there’s no bottom piece of the croissant bread. SMH! The Pumpkin or The Cake flavored signature iced coffees wasn't as good as usual last time I went. Don't get coffee with sprinkles in it lol just don't.
