First off, I like Einstein Bagels. I have been to many, but this store needs some attention. The first thing I noticed when I got to the store was 5 women standing behind a cramped counter bickering about how they're not gonna clock out until the other one does. They were obviously taking advantage of the owner. As I was ordering a simple coffee, I couldn't help notice the woman standing right behind the counter singing along to her r&b music from her cellphone. The cashier was friendly and took my order fine. I walked to the end of the serving area where a clueless employee stared at me in confusion. I had to relay to her what I just ordered. I asked for the neighborhood coffee in a regular size. She then had to turn to the cashier and ask what that was. After learning it was a "regular" coffee, she made it back over to the coffee area where she starting pouring some butter coffee into my cup. I had to stop her and point her to the coffee behind her. Eventually I got my coffee and it had about 2 inches of room for cream... I had to explain that I didn't want that much room. She added more, but it still about an inch and a half... I gave up trying at this point. I went to pour some half and half the I saw the stickers indicating when to change the cream had been expired for over an hour. I told them and they said it's good. The rim of the cup I was handed was so bent up the lid didn't fit and I had to ask for another cup to pour it into. Before I left I saw the women to behind the doors where it said no food, drinks or cellphones. Through the glass window, of course one was on her cell phone. This was worst experience I've had with any coffee shop. Please fix this. Your reputation is at stake and you are getting taken advantage of by lazy...
Read moreI only gave one star in order to place a review. A big ZERO would be more appropriate! The so called supervisor Salone (Sabrina)?) which I think she lied about her name was so rude! I asked a simple question. Is each topping an extra charge? She treated me like I was an inconvenience. No one else was in line. She proceeded not to listen and added all the toppings I did not request I never did get an answer about charges. I simply wanted cream cheese, lettuce turkey and bacon on my sandwiches. While the nice man vast making the bagel I noticed he did not put cream cheese on it. I simply requested said we ordered cream cheese. She raised her voice and said "you didn't pay for that" I reaponded, "I requested it when I ordered" she said "well you didn't pay so you can't have it" "well I will pay for it" she glared at me. I asked for her name and she turned around and laughed, and turned her tag and said "Salone" I asked for a Manger she said I am the supervisor. If this is your supervisor I suggest you start over. She stated laughing and speaking loudly about my daughter and I as we walked away! I have never met someone so rude and unprofessional working with the public. She is a cancer to your company especially if she is a supervisor. She is not setting a good example for the other two employees or the company. Read moreUnprofessional seriously rude employees, I was third in line to get a cup of coffee it took the lady along time to take orders while shouting no cash only credit cards. After paying for my order I waited eight minutes to be next for my order that’s when the employee handed two drinks to the guy after me and when I asked about my drink he said wait your turn I said i was before that guy and all I ordered and s a black cup of coffee he didn’t say any thing turned around and started working on more drinks after a few seconds I asked can I please get my drink he said over there and pointed to a half full cup with the lid sitting on the drink upside down, I said I am not taking that cup just refund my money he pointed to the cashier she replied you have to wait it will be quicker for you to take that drink than to wait for a refund I said it’s ok then she waited on three customers before she started my refund and when I said to the guy that’s not a way to treat customers she said you talk to me he is a third party.
