This review reflects numerous delivery experiences, while I have dined in the restaurant and been pleased with the service, I think it’s important consumers are aware of the delivery issues and demands of this place.
I have two young children and order from here frequently. I would first like to note that I think it’s fantastic they have a note in their POS system to call my cell phone when they arrive to avoid ringing the door bell and waking my children; I think that’s fantastic.
What they have done, however, is put in some business practices that are downright inexcusable, in my opinion. Several months ago I received a letter with my delivery dinner pleading to customers that we tip the delivery drivers a minimum of 15% on the order because they’re struggling to make ends meet. Not long after that, after I’d finish placing my order, every time I’d place an order, the employee on the phone would ask me to tip the driver in cash if possible, because the restaurant is just getting crushed on credit card fees. The pleads were more aggressive the more expensive the order.
To compound this unpleasant customer service interaction, they use a tablet to charge credit cards at your doorstep. This brings an element of functioning cellular service to the speed of your order. After 15 minutes of standing in my driveway listening to the driver talk to his boss on the cell phone to (what seemed like) learn how to operate the machine the other day, I had to send him back with his food, as I cannot be outside of my home watching someone learn to operate a device while two toddlers aren’t being monitored.
Meanwhile, tally-ho takes my credit card over the phone, the driver carry’s a heavy, hot pizza from his car to my door and thanks me repeatedly when I give him 4 dollars as a tip. I give the same tip to a driver from neighboring En Bistro that carried a small white plastic bag with 8 pieces of raw fish in it, and he grunts at me with entitlement when he receives the same tip.
If you want to support a restaurant that makes requests on how you pay, Requests tips for deliver drivers as if they were servers, and struggles profusely to take payments once food arrives at your home, order from them.

Read moreSticky Mongo rice, rice has no taste, mango was not ripe. I got three portions for three people, two and 1/2 was left on the table.
Some other places make rice green and sweet and very delicious. We never had any leftovers.
Ton Yum "soup" had 3 tiny shrimps, soup water did taste like water. Oh, there was 1/2 of one small mushroom thinly sliced. nothing else! Really, you can call this a soup? I cannot !!!
Sushi had more rice than fish, the only wasabi that had a little taste was the one that I paid an extra $1 for. The rest of it if you place the whole thing in your mouth you would not fill any taste of wasabi.
Eggplant tastes ok, but there is so much oil in the box, I did not even want eat it.
The pictures that you see in other review is clearly staged, and does not tell you if what you see any good. I could not even find these dishes on the menu.
I am not complaining about their service or atmosphere. I never dined in, just carryout. But I cant stand their food...
If you want Thai food, especially Tom Yum soup, try "Kiin Imm Thai" restaurant. I never been inside, but it is my go to place on Door Dash. Their soup twice as big, has tons of huge shrimps, vegies and so on, plus you can customize it any way you want. Their eggplants do not swim in oil. Mango rice is sweet and delicious, my only complaint that is is small (but bigger than this place).
If you want sushi or sashimi try new restaurant named Kusshi. Their sushi have lots of fish and thin rice cover, their sashimi slices 2 times bigger and look / taste very fresh.
Again i am not trying to promote any place, they do not know me and I do not know them, I never ate in any of these places, but I order from them multiple times a week (using third party apps). I have not even have any idea from which particular restaurant I got delivery from (location) or how many of them in the area.
Oh and the person who asked me to get food from this place, said...
Read moreI had ordered food from there before and it was fine. The delivery man was very nice. However today I decided to call my order for pick up. Once I got there, the guy at the register was very nasty when I told him I wanted to pay separate and said abruptly said you can’t pay with card is a minimum of $10 and he didn’t even knew I had cash. He was automatically assuming in a not polite manner. After that my friend and I decided to eat there with our take out food and the waitress approached us and said to us next time if you wanna eat here you can’t do it with your take out food. We try to kept our calm as her also rude and nasty attitude and said ok that’s fine. The cashier men and the waitress kept on staring back at our table watching us eat like if we were doing anything other than eating their own restaurants food at the establishment. Later the same waitress came to our table and took the chopsticks that were on the table without even saying excuse me or anything. She just did it as if we were going to used them or take them or whatever was going to her small mind.
Overall we are never buying from here again food is honestly average and the service was completely unprofessional, rude,...
