While Moby Dick is probably viewed by most as a fast-casual restaurant, the quality of the food is really top-notch. People love it. I know that because I've used it for catering on multiple occasions. As we all know people are choosy (putting it nicely) about food these days. But there is something here for everyone between the grilled meats and vegetables, delicious basmati rice, and the yogurt and hummus dips. It is delicious and flavorful. We have talked with the catering staff which helped us to get the right amount of food for groups, including up to more than 20. My family and I have been eating at various Moby Dicks for almost 2 decades. The family platter is what we almost always get (cost efficiency). The hummus is 2nd to none. I have tried to copy it for years, but can never make it quite the same (nor as good, so I stopped trying).

Consistency has always been top notch. We did have a batch once of slightly off taste sirloin steak kabob, and they offered to give us new ones, but we declined as it would take more gas/time to get them, but they were willing to do it which was a great gesture and appreciated by us.
