Five Guys — Restaurant in Maryland

This is a decent location for Five Guys - conveniently located in Potomac shopping area. The restaurant is cozy and does have a few tables near the entrance for outdoor seating. The location is also busy during meal times and are open until 10 PM on most days.

The staff is friendly too and helps you with the order if needed. Service is quick too and we have been able to get the food within 5 minutes. They do give you a hard time on getting more napkins for some reason!

The food is good - like other Five Guys. There is also a sack of peanuts waiting by the ordering counter that guests can dig in to while waiting for the food to arrive. It's always fun to crack open peanut shells and make a mess when you do not have to do the cleanup later!

Our go to items are of course the burger (with cheese, grilled onions, and grilled mushrooms), hot dog, and fries - gotta have them while they are hot! The sauce on the burger is good too. Reminds me of In-and-Out burgers! And two patties in the burger are better than one :)

It's not bad for fast food. I come here alot and can say the new guy with the tattoos that works there is great. I see him running around ringing people up, making the burgers, and he is always nice,give him a promotion. The lady's at night are great to. My only complaints are the Spanish lady who works at night, I think she is a manager is always reprimanding her employees in front of customers. This makes it awkward. Not only that anytime I see her working the employees look mad. The other complaint is the younger Spanish kid who hands you your food is always angry. I would give it 4 star's but the kid and the lady manager make it...

Still love this place. The staff is great. It's always clean and the food is prepared very well, even amongst other franchises.

The biggest thing I've noticed since having not been by here for a while is the revised fancy coke machines. More touchscreens and probably more flavors.

Updating after a recent visit. Lots of the same friendly faces. A talented cashier running two register simultaneously. Quick, prompt, fresh food and great service. Always recommend this location!. Easy...
