False advertising. There were not five guys working here today. Only four employees were behind the counter, and only one was a guy. Besides the fewer number of employees advertised, three out of the four were female. I can understand if you refer to all of your employees in a more low-key way like, "Hey, guys! Let's get to work!" But you should fulfill your slogan by having either five employees or five males working at one time.
Seriously though, I LOVE this place! Always enjoy the burgers. It's an indulgence for me and if I want a burger, nothing else satisfies quite like the burgers here. And the fries! I don't know what it is, but I can't resist them either. The shakes? Yummy! The hot dogs? Interesting the way they cook them, but my teenage daughter ate all of hers and she's not really a hot dog eater. I've never had one, but I was told by my fellow customer that her son had one and they turn burger buns inside out to make the grilled cheese sandwich. That's different, for sure, but I've done the same with the heels from a load of bread. As long as they're cheesy and toasty, that's what matters.
Service was quick and good. This location is usually not as crowded as other Five Guys locations I...
Read moreLocated in a strip mall across from the main gate of NASA Goddard Space Center, but easy to spot from the road, this popular chain restaurant serves up above average hamburgers to crowds of area people. Lots of available toppings [15] to order, ample amounts of fries to accompany, housed in a white tile decoration of 50 years ago. While waiting you can help yourself to unlimited peanuts in the shell till your order number is called. Food order is wrapped for take-out but there is an abundance of tables that you can use for your indoor picnic. A variety of hamburger, hot dogs and veggie sandwiches are available. This restaurant is part of a country-wide large chain. There are better hamburgers at other places, however these are WAY ABOVE the run of the mill ones that are served by the majority of fast-food places. Constantly receives high ratings in my local area. At lunch time it is crowded, so you may have to wait while enjoying...
Read moreI was in there with my friend, her daughter, and my daughter. We were getting ready to leave and cleaned our table up. My daughter needed to use the restroom so I kept a full thing of fries and full cup of soda on the table so I could go wash her hands. I come back and it was gone, so I let the cashier know (I think her name was Natalie or Natalia?) and she said “I threw it out.” So I say, but it was a full thing of fries? I was going to take it home. She tells the manager and they laugh about it, right in front of my face as if throwing away something I paid for is funny? They ended up giving me another fry, but I was completely unprofessional and rude about it. Will not...
