Good Jerry Chinese Restaurant — Restaurant in Maryland

We order from here frequently only because I have Chinese people that live with me and they like this food better than other local restaurants. HOWEVER...the customer service sucks!!! The older lady that takes the phone orders and the older lady in the store is extremely rude. I recently ordered a large amount of food for my Chinese guests and did not receive the Lo Mein. When I called about this she informed me, after several minutes of trying to tell her what I ordered and did not get, she told me I ordered fried rice and she hung up on me. The next screw up was they delivered us someone else's food and gave my food to someone else. When we called about it we were told it was the correct order, until the people that also received a wrong order called and complained. Then they brought the food to us that they had delivered to the other people and refused to give us another order that had not been given to someone else! Can you imagine being given food that someone had gone thru only to find out it wasn't theirs? Today an item was not sent with our large order. When I called and talked to this same lady, she insisted she had to call the driver because she doesn't believe I didnt get what I said and would call me. I told her what I had not received but she insisted I was incorrect. She finally called back and said the sriver would bring what he had forgotten. That was almost 2 hours ago. Despite my Chinese guests saying they like this food, I WILL NOT BE BOTHERED TO ORDER FROM THIS...

I can't give no stars except 1 which they don't deserve! First and foremost they don't follow your instructions to your medical diet! Secondly, when you pay $45 for your order by card and you tip the driver $ 8 in tip and they charge your card to tip him him $16 is fraud! I asked him for my receipt he said "no receipt" I ask so where fo I sign, he said " no sign" so you steal from me? I went to contact the BBB God forbid their open to make a complaint when needed! I will get to the bottom of this because yall are using baby shrimp and charging extra for it when not giving it, just the regular amount. I made it very clear I cannot have spicy food but you made it spicy where other carryouts dont...I can go on and on about this because this is not the first time you have scam me but God forbid people have faith months later in yall! u will get every cent I spent on yall back because I am tired of yall scamming hard...

Worst place ever. I ordered from them cause I wanted to try a different carry out. I ordered whole steak cheese, chicken nugget dinner, 3 wings with french fries and 2 orders of munchers plus a can gingerale. After waiting for 1 1/2 hours for my food Im missing one order of munchers, my french fries for my wings and no soda. When I call back they lady tells me the missing items I didnt order and then I ask where the extra moneey I paid for this stuff went she said delivery fee. No damn way when i got a menu in front of me and I added up everything when she gave me the total. I will never order from here again. Not to mention that the steak and cheese was skinny. Not worth the $10 I...
