Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Maryland

This was the worst delivery experience I've ever had, and I've ordered from this store at least 4 times before! I ordered in the app and tracked the delivery. The app tracking said it was delivered, and when we checked the front door for the food, it wasn't there. I checked the doorbell camera and it didn't show a delivery. I tried to call the store for 20 minutes with no answer. I was able to make contact with the ordering call center, but they were of no use. The call center tried to call the store with no success. The call center advised they couldn't refund my money and that I had to get that done with the store. How does one tell the restaurant of an issue if they don't answer? Kinda ridiculous and completely unacceptable! So we ended up with no food and no way to get our money back from the store. I never do reviews but this was the worst, and most unprofessional customer service I’ve ever received. Arrived at the store to pick up my order. Order was ready and presented to me… but could not be rung up by any of the associates in the store at the time because the manager on duty was signed in to the register and apparently another person couldn’t access it or something like that. Was told the manager was in the bathroom. I waited for close to 15min before the manager comes strolling in attempting to ring me up without apologising for the delay. I expressed my displeasure to him, and he began exchanging words with me, refusing to apologise, and then took my pizza and declined to ring up the order, and then asked me to leave the store. This should actually be negative 5 star… can’t remember the managers name but this happened 9/26/21...
