I arrived at 7:15 on Thursday night. There was a small wait so I went to the bar to wait for my table. Shay was tending bar this night. Shay immediately greeted me with a smile and asked how I was doing tonight. She then offered to get me a drink. The drink was served really quickly. I barely had time to take a couple sips off of my drink and my table was ready. The hostess was really nice. She escorted me to my table. She told me to enjoy my meal and then quickly returned to the front. After about a minute or so McKenzie approached my table and welcomed me with a big smile. She seemed very friendly and welcoming. McKenzie asked me if I had made any decisions on my dinner choice. I had not because I was deciding between 2 different steaks. McKenzie then asked what 2 steaks I was considering. After I told her - she described each steak and told me what was good about each of my choices. She said she would give me a few minutes to decide and she would return. McKenize returned in a few minutes and asked if i had decided. I had chosen the NY Strip for my meal. I told her I wanted the steak Medium. She described how a medium was cooked and proceeded to take the rest of my order. My food was delicious and perfectly cooked. The service was far and beyond some of the BEST I have ever had. McKenzie and Shay both were very pleasant and nice. As was the hostess but I unfortunately did not get her name or I would mention it here. One of the things that made my experience even better was the manager ( blonde male -I think his name is Ari) stopped by my table to make sure that everything was prepared to my liking and wanted to know if I needed anything. At that moment in time I actually wanted another cocktail. He asked me what I was drinking and left. He came back in about 3 minutes with my drink. I noticed him visiting other tables as well. He seemed to be giving direction to the staff at various points and was visible on the floor throughout my meal. As I was leaving , Bunny the GM was at the door. She asked me how everything was. I told her i had a great experience and wished that all restaurants served this good of food with the great service I received tonight. She thanked me for my comments and invited me to come back. I definitely will return the next time...
Read moreOn my lunch break, I went to this location for a steak. After waiting 20 mins my steak arrived and had no seasoning, and the grease was sitting on top of it like water. The fries on my plate were wet as a result. I asked the waitress(Jess, who did a great job, and tried to accommodate as much as possible) about the lack of seasoning, she agreed it looked as if it lacked seasoning and came back with a small dish of seasoning. I assume I was to season my own steak that should have been cooked in the seasoning. I asked for a manager(Dameon). He acknowledged that the steak looked bland and that my fries should not have been wet, and said he would remake it. After waiting another 20 mins, my lunch break was over and I had yet to eat anything but my side salad. I immediately asked for a to go container because I had to get back to work. Not only was I not able to eat my meal , the manager did not even offer to take a percentage off or offer any other form of compensation for the poor food preparation, but my bill was for the full amount! Never mind the fact the I was leaving as hungry as I was when I got there ,and would have to eat re-heated food later. A card for a percentage off my next meal or a free appetizer would have been a sign of good faith. However the manger's actions showed he could care less if his patrons are satisfied. A clear example of poor managerial skills! I will be posting this on my social media...
Read moreI came here with my fiancé and her family on a sunday afternoon and we were pleasantly surprised for the food we ordered. Pretty good food to say the least, I had the Pork Chops dish with their good sweet potato with butter and brown sugar, everyone else got a Shrimp pasta, a salmon dish, and got their special appetizer: big plate of bacon cheese fries with onion rings and mozzarella sticks (really good, highly recommend this appetizer).
TL;DR: DON'T PLAY THE GROUP GAMES THEY HAVE AVAILABLE AT YOUR TABLE, that little tablet-like device that shows you a few games to play with your group
Service here was basic, the only minor thing I could give a small complaint about is playing the group game at the table. There's a small tablet-like device where you can choose to play a game with your friends or family on your phone. Don't play the games, or they will automatically charge you for it. (Why the heck would they charge you for playing a phone app game, when it should be free to play 😑🙄) it's pretty dumb to charge your customers for playing a phone game at the table, especially when you don't even tell your customers that you charge them for playing. I personally don't remember even reading on the tablet itself if it tells you they charge you, but regardless it's still pretty stupid to charge to playing a game that's easily accessible to play at a...
