Walmart — Local services in Prince Frederick

Well they had "most" of what we were looking for, although sometimes the hours are shortened, without letting the public know well in advance. Some people travel a good distance on fixed budgets to arrive to a closed store. In this time, during this health crisis, the proper procedure and to provide a safer service to the public, would be to extend the hours of operations of the store rather than reducing them, regardless of who is having a campaign rally, or who is having a demonstration/ protest campaign, whatever you wish to see it as. Even if by some chance, the local law enforcement were to foresee that overseeing the rally/ protest/campaign "gathering" was too much to safely handle, while businesses/stores were open, the proper AND SAFER thing to do would be to restrict rally/campaign/gathering/protest/march, (like I said, whatever you wish to call it)... Walmart, you maintain your store operations because you are providing a service to the public, and some of them life sustaining, I know personally of people that had to pick up their prescriptions, and they were greeted with a closed store. That's not right to do to folks 😲 Yet all in all, we can hope you will have learned from this error 😔 and will be better prepared and experienced in how to deal with this and that local law enforcement will be better supported by other sources in the area as well as support from persons in the general public. THE WORST WALMART EVER!! Every time I order something online for pick up it takes forever. Their website for the area will say something is in Stock but never is so i always have to wait anywhere from 2 to 7 days for an item to come in. They never keep their stuff updated. Also THEY NEVER stay stocked in store they never order enough of anything and are ALWAYS ALWAYS out of stuff. If they know how busy their store is and how so many people choose to shop here they should order plenty on inventory to keep their shelves stocked. It's ridiculous. I only choose to go here because it's convenient and closest to my home so I only really go if I don't have the time to go to dunkirk walmart. Dunkirk walmart is so much better the only flaw in my opinion about that walmart is their makeup selection. They stopped selling hard candy brand and they only have 1 aisle of makeup as Prince Frederick has 2 and carries the brand I wear. But it's not just about makeup it's about EVERYTHING Prince Frederick store just never has. I don't understand how such a busy store can never stay stocked and never keep up to date with their website. Also alot of the employees are careless. Theirs only a handful at the PF store that actually care about the customers and want to help. I would definitely choose Dunkirk walmart for anything you need because your better off getting what u need from this store than risking a chance of wasting a trip to the PF store . Went for a pickup order. The check in feature on the app was not working. I called the number on the sign- 1st two calls went to voicemail. 3rd call a lady says no problem she can check me in and someone will be out shortly. Other cars pull in after that and the people come out and help them immediately. No one comes over to us. After a few comes come and go a guy walks over and says "we'll try to get you out of here as fast as possible" and leaves. A lot of cars come and go and we just sit waiting. We checked in at 4:45 and I notice that it's now 5:11 and almost every car that's pulled in has gone and we still don't have our order so I call the number again. First time I get voicemail. Second time the person confirms my name and where I'm parked. Finally at like 5:15, another guy walks out and shoves our three bags through the window like he's annoyed he had to help us and mutters sorry under his breath.
