Very arrogant and rushy. When I pulled up to order around 930pm there were no customers in the drive thru. After sitting for a moment I said Hello, then a male voice came on the speaker and said "Can I take your order", I then proceeded to give my quick and simple order. The male then said "What" I again repeated my order a second, then third time, assuming that maybe their speaker was broke, or he couldn't hear me. He immediately got frustrated and said pull to the second window. I said ok. I then drove up to for my total, and asked did they have any Powerade or juice. He told me no, I said okay. Now at this point I was waiting for a total of my order still. After the male starred at me and me never getting what I asked for, I still smiled anyhow, and gave him my card. This male didn't do any type of greetings or nothing. He just opened the window and took my card . I asked for little to no salt on my fries, (to regulate my blood pressure) and I get a hot bag of extra salted fries, it was so salty I had the residue of salt stuck to both of my hands. There really was no need for that at all. When I go to places to get food, I am extra nice because I know how it is working for fast food businesses. And I also wouldn't want anything to happen to my food. Only good thing I can muster up and say is their food is always hot. I just really wish they were not even friendly, but more polite, professional and patient. It's okay to have a bad day, we all have bad/disrupted days, but we should not take those emotions out on other people, especially if they are being nice and patient with us. That really turned me off to visiting this particular location any time soon, or in the near future. The sad part is, I had given them 3 different chances to do better, and I ended up with the same results each time. Read moreThis McDonalds (like most,sadly) always misses at least one item. I live rather close by so this is the only reason why we continue to go. I purchase a large order because I am buying for two families usually. And they will always forget something. Most times I am already home before I notice. It's very hard to check through the bags as they pack it all into as few bags as possible, with the fries all on top of the other food, so to thoroughly check you would have to move the fries which all fall out of the packs and go into the bags.... I would have to take it all out to see if it's all there. Even when we get just a few items something is forgotten. It's almost funny. We always wonder which item will not be there. To date I've paid for a lot of food that I've never gotten. I'm starting to believe that they do this on purpose. They know we can't check that thoroughly due to how they pack it and not many people will come all the way back for a burger or nugget. So they just made a few dollars. The workers are kind of rude and seem like they're being held captive. One lady actually rolled her eyes when she saw my order (I ordered from the order kiosk and took my receipt to counter) she then made a "ugh" and went to get the order. It was a large order as I bought for a family of 7, but it wasn't a ton of food. A few burgers and fries. I get they want more money and may be annoyed but there are other places to work if they hate the job so much... The place is clean though. Although I rarely go in except to get the food they forgot.

Went to this McDonald's again, against better judgment. Was in a hurry. Ordered 2 cheeseburgers, and fries, 6 pc nuggets, and double cheeseburger, and both cheeseburgers had NO meat. Only cheese and condiments. Didn't ride all the way back I (the 2 were what I ordered) ate bread and cheese. At least they're consistent. Always messing up...

Went to the window and get 1 qtr pounder meal with fries and large drink, one qtr pounder the way I asked, and another large coke. Told the guy at the window, he was very nice and understanding my distress, that I was missing some things.He looked to the ticket and gave it to me to see what had happened. I had three qtr pounder meals with large fries and three large drinks. He gave me my third drink and put the other qtr meal in the system but I was still short one large fry. He gave me my thridy qtr pounder and an extra drink but no third fry. Then the woman who was behind the voice box came up and asked what I got, again. For the 7th time I repeated my order of 3 qtr pounder meals with large fry and large drink. One of those had no mustard or onion and the other two were with everything. So she asked me then what I was still missing and told her my 3rd large fry! So after 20 minutes in line I finally end up leaving with 4 drinks of 3 large and 1 small, two meals with large fries, one qtr pounder, and a medium fry! I had said three large fries! I was not charged for the third fry thankfully but I should not have had to deal with this kind of lack of communication amd disorganization. This was close to close time and the only one who was really trying to help me was the absolutely polite and awesome African-American guy at the window. Thank you very much sir.
I felt bad for him and the people waiting in line behind me for me to finish because one Hispanic worker could not understand my order.
This is not the first time that I have had problems with this location. If it weren't for the fact that the other location closes before 10 pm I would not be going to store #516 at all at that time...
