When I 1st moved to the neighborhood, the store never got my order right because I order my burgers plain. So I didn't go very often. Things got better after a couple of years and so I would go there without hesitation. But then a couple of weeks ago I went to the store to get something to eat before going to the Ravens game. The store was very busy but still it should not have taken me 22 minutes to get my meal. They didn't even seem to have a record of the order that I had placed. I placed it through one of those Self Serve kiosks because it is easier to do a specialized order that way then trying to convey it to the person behind the register. I had to ask for my order and fortunately there seem to be one person there who was trying their best to keep everybody happy. But even after she started trying to put my order together it still took another five to seven minutes before I got my meal and I could leave. There was an Uber driver there who had an order that sat there waiting for the drinks. So he had the hot food that he was supposed to deliver but he had to wait nearly 10 minutes to get the drinks. I hope he didn't end up getting a bad review on Uber because of the store's mistake. I doubt this review will impact any of their business. It is always busy during the breakfast, lunch, and dinner hours. Oh! And I forgot. About a month ago I was there and had to use the self-serve kiosk. It took a while to get the order but not 22 minutes. I got my order stood there for a few and it asked about my drink. One of the employees held a cup up and said "do you see this? Do you see this?" Awesome customer...
Read moreSorry, but the advertising laws that apply on black friday apply here to. This kind of bait and switch advertising is illegal. All the big b&m stores lost lawsuits over this kind of thing, which is why they now list the minimum quantity of big ticket items in their ads. "limited quantities" isn't good enough if your quantities are nowhere near enough for demand. If you advertised this so 300 people show up all thinking they will get sauce, but only 10 will, that pretty much means you broke the law. Mcdonalds will have to argue they had no idea demand woud be this high. The problem though is why did stores let lines of hundred of people form if only the first 10 customers were going to get sauce? They can't say they didn't see the demand, the lines were pretty obvious. They let people stand around for hours and only revealed the 20 sauce cup inventory at 2pm. Hell, some stores had even sold their sauces in the morning, and still let people line up knowing they had no stock at all. They also lied over the phone and told people to come at 2pm. They purposely mislead people hoping they would buy food anyways. That said, its wasn't all bad. A very small number of stores did mitigate the issue. They handed out tickets when a small line formed and turned anyone else who showed up away. Then let people come back at 2pm to get the sauces. Those stores will escape any lawsuit as they did they right thing. Unfortunately for mcdonald's they will be used as evidence against all other stores to demonstrate it was entirely possible to mitigate this false advertising and that most stores simply...
Read moreI came this McDonaldâs location this evening and was shocked at the attitude and rudeness that was given to me. The only reason Iâm giving a a star is because the food was good. I went through the drive thru. When I first got to the speaker, the person taking the order skipped the welcome to McDonaldâs part and asked me what I wanted, I told her and she was very rude. The attitude was uncalled for. I donât know if the same girl that took my order was the same at the first window but the by the piss poor service I received, or lack there of, Iâm assuming it was the same girl. She saw that I was sitting there waiting for her to open up the window so I could pay for my meal. She stood there and kept talking to her co-worker. When her co-worker walked off, she stood there looked at me, still didnât open the damn window!! So I said fine Iâll just go to the second window. When I got there, the elderly lady handed me my food. I told her I didnât pay for my meal yet, she she asked why. She asked if there was no one there. I said, â oh no, someone was there, they just didnât open up the window. They saw me but didnât let me pay.â I handed her my card and she went back to the first window to get it swiped for me, gave my card back to me, and I left. I am a VERY patient person, I usually donât do reviews, but the lack of respect and professionalism has my mind blown, as I have never in my life have received that kind of service, ever. Go to a different location, you wonât regret it, if you choose to go to this location, you...
