The service was absolute garbage here. I ordered 2 10 piece nugget meals, 2 milkshakes, and 2 happy meals. I go to the window and they give me my two happy meals and a milkshake (which was the wrong flavor even though they told me it was right) I let it go because whatever mistakes are made sometimes. I’m waiting for the rest of my food and they ask me if I’m missing anything like if I didn’t get half of my food. I tell them I’m missing a milkshake and my two nugget meals and they give me my milkshake and tell me they gave me everything. I literally had to sit and argue with 3 employees about getting my meals and all three of them gave me an attitude and told me that I didn’t order 2 meals even after I handed them my receipt 4 different times even after showing them where my meals were, they still refused to give me my food. I had to wait at least 15 minutes to get everything I ordered. They tried to give me one meal and then when I asked where the second one was, they rolled their eyes at me and threw my food at me. I’ve never had any problems like this at any fast food place. This McDonald’s should consider getting some new employees because those 3 girls were horrible and straight up rude and disrespectful....

However my problem and reason for poor reviews is the lack of communication from supervisor Ms. Harvey Tamieka as I’m on week 7 for a Order of all 1 item that was wrong and almost $20 and all she’s sent was a apology and a single coupon that A I don’t eat the items applicable for the coupon and B the most expensive option isint covered by the mistake. I said from jump street I wanted either a refund or just my food remade. I hope they don’t have some tactic of just waiting till it’s too late for people to charge back. Scummy but I’ve seen it a few times from other companies as large as McDonald’s. Either way I’d be glad to adjust me review appropriately for the improved service if my issues gets solved as the food is good and when it is incorrect is normally fixed quickly this however is not the case. Oh and I have a great relationship with my bank so if you don’t fix they will fix it. I just need to know if I’ll need to be informing McDonald’s cooperate or not. Read moreThis place is becoming increasingly horrible, they give me an issue almost every time I do a mobile order. Today I had to wait almost 20 minutes for my order and the said the ice cream wasn’t working correctly for my Carmel sundae and McFlurry I requested a refund which they told me I had to request through the app as it was I mobile order. I told them I do not have an option to request refund through the app only shows an option to reorder. They refused to give me a refund a gave me a soupy sundae and McFlurry instead. The last time I went there I waited at least 15 minutes… as soon as you pull up to the window they ask you to pull forward and they will bring out your order which I don’t have a problem with but then they got the order wrong and only gave me half the order luckily I always check before driving away.
