McDonald's — Restaurant in Maryland

There is still no improvement in this McDonald's. They keep people waiting. Half an hour later they say it is not in the system. A customer calls and says what happened to my food? Is there a problem? We say we are waiting on the Driver's tour. The inside is already closed and we come to the order window and it says it is not visible in the system. If it is not visible in the system, why are you making us wait for 30 minutes? Does this system work for its own customers coming from outside but not for packages? Also, the system is open and every McDonald's system works. This McDonald's problem is that all the staff here should be changed. They have a lot of money, they do not need jobs, they do not need customers anyway, there is no interest, there is no relevance. You say something 3-4 times and they do not understand. If the system is broken or there is a malfunction in a workplace, a note is written on the windows saying the system is broken, do not wait, everywhere you see it, but this McDonald's says the system is broken when it comes to packages, it works when you come outside, it always has the same problem, do they give this food for free? I have difficulty understanding this... There is someone who is useless there, it is not clear what he is doing all the time, Why doesn't he follow these? He doesn't follow his system. If they came here to work, why don't they work, they don't follow their work, who has the right to keep the customer waiting, 30 minutes and no result, he says the system is broken, where are these people, they are locked inside, you can't ask anything, you have to wait 30 minutes to say a word, it's such a shame, do people eat...

I guess they really have speaker issues in the drive thru ... because ole girl jacked my order up. I was speaking loud and clear, and she couldn't hear me until the 4th try... but I had bogo on the breakfast sandwiches. What should have been a $5+ price range turned into $11+ so I asked her did she hear my code she said yes I said well I had the bogo she repeatedly clap 👏 her hands together I guess to show me she was in charge, she's thorough, and she's correct

but she was all the way wrong ... the manager had to refund me for one of the sandwiches because the cashier didn't enter the code correctly, then she charged me for an extra egg. I just asked to replace the eggs, so she had to refund me that too. I didn't receive any receipt til later when i asked so I could see what was going on, and then mcdonald's has this thing where they automatically charge your card that's convenient for their drive thru time... which they are supposed to ask you or at least one cashier at another mcdonald's asked me if I wanted to use the card on file. So, she automatically assumed it was a mobile order. I told her it wasn't and that I had ordered with you, remember .... it was too early to deal with that mess.

The manager thought she had a slight tude she was apologizing, and I tried to help the young lady out and blame the speaker,...

Surprisingly I've never made a review for this location, pretty much every location in Bowie is no good. I just got two McChickens and some other stuff, but the issue is with both McChickens. I got probably the most dry pieces of chicken you could get. It's as if someone ordered them an hour ago, never picked them up and then they were reheated in a microwave with how dry they are. The first one was pretty bad, but my expectations aren't high for this place, unless the lady with shorter hair and red nails is there. That's the only time I get good service and good food (as good as it can be that is). The second McChicken I didn't think could get worse until I got to the middle and I couldn't even bite through it because of how hard it is. When I come here it's pretty much a reminder that I shouldn't be lazy and just make my own food. Whomever manages it has gotten them to better standards than before, but the person who usually has things running well must not have been there this time around seeing as they served these rocks to me. All jokes aside, I have a fake tooth due to an accident, and I swear it almost broke while eating this. I wouldn't recommend you eat here due to the quality of food and service is hit or miss unless you go at like 2 in...
