McDonald's — Restaurant in Maryland

The short Hispanic guy with the mushroom haircut is ALWAYS rude. It’s like he is always having a bad day. No matter how much you smile and attempt to kill him with kindness, he is literally ALWAYS rude. If you do not like what you do, DON’T work there. I’m in line, pay, the guy there says move to the second window… No problem. At the second window, the Hispanic guy gives me my drinks and say, “go to the next window!” (Rude in itself, but okay. Whatever.) he gives me my food at the 3rd window. 30 nuggets and ZERO sauce. What’s the point in asking what sauce I want to not give it to me? So I ask him for buffalo, sweet and sour and bbq. He gave me one sweet & Sour and one bbq. I asked for more and he closed the window on me and walked away. I sat in shock for a second like maybe he’s going to grab it but then once out of show, I realize, the 3rd window has the sauce cart right there literally loaded on each level with the sauces. So when the car behind me leaves, I reverse back to window 2. There is a taller African American young man with slightly larger teeth laughing while looking at me. Before I could say anything he grabbed sauces and gave them to me. Which means, he already knew what I was waiting for. I asked for the young man’s name so I can report to the manager and he laughed again and said we don’t give out names and when I asked if they were supposed to wear name tags, he said no we don’t wear name tags. I did a mobile order for pick up.ive done it before and I know that there system is slow on getting the order so I didnt mind waiting a little longer for the food..got my food and left and when I got home I notice that I was short a sandwich and got a cold hashbrown instead.i drive back and told the manager who gave me my order that I was short a sandwich and there was a cold hashbrown in the bag.she got very rude and insisted that she put 2 sandwich in the bag but she didn't but she said she would give me a free sandwich anyways but it isnt free because I already paid for it and just want what I paid for..as I wait for it she in the back complaining about how in here trying to get free food..I come to this location every other day through the drive thru enough to the point I know the night crew.as she gives me my sandwich she says" here you go..here's your free sandwich" in stood there just shocked in how she approached me and handed me my food saying what she said..I wasn't rude in anyway..will never come inside this place again with...

As you’ve probably heard already…McDonald’s has a Mumbo sauce they call “Mambo” sauce. I HAD to try it!! For my folks not from the DC area…don’t come here asking for “Mambo”!! That’s it!! . Their 20 Piece Nuggets (with both sauces $6.99). The Mambo “Mumbo” sauce…DELICIOUS!! It’s got a spicy kick to it, slightly sweet, not like your carryout mumbo, but I’d get it again!!
