Was served BURNED (literally no exaggeration) zingers that were SLIVERS (more batter than chicken (again no exagerration) of dry, over fried chicken w woefully underloaded fries ( a hint of cheese miniscule amt of bacon bits and where were the scallions? ) w no sign of chii lime rub seasoning "sauce" choice on the burned dried zinger slivers! Disgraceful in a place that is supposed to be known for its tenders! DO NOT ORDER THE ZINGER MOUNTAIN MELT . The locations in Deer Park, New York and Rockville Md have never been so chincy with zingers nor ever serve BURNED FOOD! A corporate move and money grab or franchise issue? To add insult manager Sean got a me a "remake with side zingers and fries but gave No discount for my trouble!, such an insult! (hey what about me suggests its ok to serve me burned food Sean? Hmmmm? no customer should have that and the WAIT was long for the "redo" and then instead of 15.99 i am now paying 24.00! to get ZINGERS separate order and then properly loaded Fries. My husband and mom were finished eating by the time My food came out. This is the height of poor customer service and management. No clarification by SEAN in advance i would have to pay more to get bigger (somewhat) zingers on the side. No hey here's 5 bucks off to offset because of the insult of burned food plus woefully underseasoned and underprepped fries being served to you! My husband didnt want to complain but his baked potato for his rib and shrimp dinner was over microwaved (not baked i dont believe) as if it been sitting and reheated and was sooo tiny compared to other restaurants. Servers were pleasant and responsibe but there were several so that was strange..never had same person check on Us throughout until The last 15 minutes. Just had to grab someone most of time. The original who took order (said we should mention dry hard (baked?) potato to Sean when he returned to check on My 2nd order and see if I was satisifed . HE NEVER DID! and the young man server at the end especially was attentive. I guess Sean knew then he was not going to do the RIGHT THING and give an offset (afraid i Might ask perhaps if he came back? Just left me with sticker shock when the bill came! JUST BAD FORM! was i rude? never happened! My 92 yr old mother was w me and I was raised better than that . Was it reasonable to send BURNED unacceptablee food back? Of course. ! Bad zingers burned dry and chicken virtually non existent and POOOR management plus food cost me nearly twice as much as original order and extended wait time and sitting around hungry while My family ate to boot!!!. Waiting for redo not unexpected.... but still. Thats why manager is to offer something in return for the inconnvenience. Customer service 101 Sean and owner!! You have to do better with such a colossal screw up of horriible food served to a customer. Managers are not supposed to compound the problem. I will never know If they improve as I am Never going back! Sean's management style is cowardly .. we discussed how he Might fix my reorder so i would Get zingers with actual traces of chicken . We finally got to the new Annapolis mall location to give it a try. It's been overflowing with people since opening so we waited a bit to go.

The decor is the typical sports bar inside but they have indoor and "outdoor" bar areas. Big screen TVs are everywhere with music playing louder than needed. Again, expected from a sports bar. We sat at the inside bar

They have a slew of beers on tap with seltzers and other selections in cans. We opted for a 16 oz Sam Adams Summer Ale each but they also have 23 oz glasses.

On the menu you'll find the typical fare. We came for a light lunch so we split a couple of items. We ordered the potstickers (8) which you can have fried or steamed and are paired with a sweet Thai chili sauce. We got them steamed and they were well done albeit the filling was pretty sparce. For our "entrée", we got a Zinger salad which had 6 chicken tender strips on a house salad with your choice of sauce and dressing. The dressing comes on the side, but the Zingers come sauced, not on the side. The tenders we're moist and tender and the salad was a good with a LOT of shredded cheese. The best part of the meal was how light everything was. Potstickers and chicken fingers are typically heavy, greasy messes and these weren't at all.

Restrooms are fairly large with a higher urinal for taller men. The "outside" bar has retractable walls to bring the outside in on the cooler days. An oddity was the bartender gave us the check after putting our drink and potsticker order in then kept replacing it every time we ordered the salad and drink refills.

For 3 - 16oz beers, a Coke, the potsticker app and the Zinger salad the bill came to $60 with tax and tip. Very reasonable for what we got.

Not going to lie I was very upset with this place. I have come here for the cold beer many times and wanted to finally share this place with my wife and kids. That was a huge mistake. I knew service was typically slow but I never realized this was the norm. We would make a joke and say they were brewing the beer. I thought it was slow because we had a large group. This Sunday proved they do not care about service or their customers. We had two kids at the table and it took a half hour just to get our drink order, we never even got water. Then another 15 minutes passed by and there was still nothing brought out nor had we seen our actual server. There were several times the bartenders were even looking at us and never acknowledged anything. Or offered to help. Now I know it's not the bartender's table but if the employees cared about their customers they would have said something. We ultimately ended up having to leave because he had two kids that were starving and didn't even have a drink. When we went to leave the hostess said oh your server Ann and hasn't done anything all day. As I saw she was standing by the bar and I don't think she really ever moved from there. One time she acknowledged us and said I'll be right with you in a half an hour later somebody else had to come and take our drink order. What makes the situation even worse is people at the bar and the table next to us even said it was wrong the way things went down. They even said I don't blame you for leaving this is terrible. This is not how you run a restaurant and it makes sense why you do not see it crowded whenever we go in.
