He needs a shout-out for outstanding professionalism, patience and capacity dealing with an online order for a business meeting that could have been a disaster but ended well and the problem was solved. I met him at the Baltimore Nally Fresh but later learned he is a manager at this Hunt Valley location and just happened to be in the city the day of our order issue. Turns out, they have a new system and wasn't online. Nino didn't miss a beat. Read moreI can't speak to the food but I placed an online order at 8:15 am for a12:30 pm pickup. At 12:39 I called to let them know I was there and at 12:49 I was still waiting. I couldn't wait any longer because I had to go back to work so I called the store and a young lady told me if I want a refund I have to find the number of the company that is affiliated with them and is in charge of placing online orders. The gentleman then opened the door for me on my way out and told me Happy Mother’s Day.
