My experience is as follows, the food was great and the two girls up front were polite and helpful. One of the food preps drew some adorable little fish on a cup for my 5 year old, so that was awesome. So that’s for the one star (food and mannerism of the front staff). Moving along, to the negative. Upon entering the restaurant, I asked for a table outside. The hostess gave us the menus, we went outside. My Son and I waited outside for 15 minutes (unfamiliar that we go inside to order) so the “Manager Ken” comes outside and asked the first table if they were okay, he says nothing to the second table eating as well, (us the third table) says nothing while I’m making eye contact with him and looking around (clearly signifying we need help) we had been out there at this point for about 15 minutes. Ken goes past the forth, fifth, and sixth table finally stopping to talk to the last table for about 5 minutes. When he finishes, I ask him if a waitress if coming, he says “no you go inside”. We go in, he then says “I apologize you didn’t know”. Okay moving along, we order the bill comes to $38.62, I make it a even $40.00. Everything was okay from there until the next day. I check my bank account and they charged a extra $40.00 to my card. So I call, Ken who is there again. He barely apologizes again, and was very passive about the situation. I expressed my frustration in regards to waiting for my money to be put back into my account and still nothing. Now I’ve been a Customer Relations Manager for many, many, years and not once did he try to rectify the situation, no compensation nothing for this inconvenience. Here’s a gift card, next one is on us. You know turn a frown into a smile “NOTHING”. Well you won’t ever have to worry about my spending me money in this establishment again unless it’s made right! Ken needs work in Customer Service, he needs more situational awareness, if your in that kind of position it’s key to pay attention! Body language, disposition, etc for every situation is different and should be handled accordingly and uniquely. He definitely could use some more training, his numbers may benefit the store in margin, but not in Customer Service, which any successful business owner knows “IS KEY” without that you have nothing!!! Update: Ken did call and offer for me to come and pick up cash instead of it waiting for it to clear in my bank, which was helpful, but still not rectified the way it should have been. He was not there, but another manager was (who was nice and did apologize). However all of the employees were staring at me, as if this was the talk of the week. A little African American girl said “I apologize about your visit with a attitude while rolling her eyes. That was totally unprofessional, like why even apologize. I guess the pay scale and level of experience plays a significant role. So now the experience went to worse. Nobody in the store should have been involved unless it was directly their mistake. I really would recommend some quality control, and workers stay in their lane!
2nd update: Lol Awww your mad! No it’s actually YOUR KARMA 😂 “My Karma” because I give my honest experience! I will and always have gave a honest review, and guess what my karma is- treat those as you would want to be treated! As I am a director of Customer Relations for a globalized well known Company (six figure job) you should be ashamed of yourself). Read moreI’m so use to the Annapolis mall nandos that hasn’t existed for forever so i decided to give this location a try and was fairly disappointed. The hot level chicken 1/4 was about regular asf for somebody who eats jalapeños with every protein but I don’t believe for a second there was any car of spice seasoning BG included on my chicken actually threw 1/2 of it out carelessly. I hate to add condiments onto something that priced quality and was requested spicy but truly you all met my expectations of failure. Usually when I have a home location taken away no other location has ever satisfied correctly. Although it was 8pm the staff for ordering is pulled in so many directions seemed like looking at the menu was a rush although I knew what I was coming in for some people wanna check prices to see if it’s worth it and oooopsy me. Atmosphere hasn’t changed a bit such an inviting relaxing environment love that. I just peeped the 🕯️ wall how extraordinary. The portions where sad along with the “honey sweet 🍠 the worst my grandmother not pet would eat the 🍠 chicken was cooked to perfection just not seasoned to preference along with portions so not horrible but bad enough I won’t be coming back at least no time Truly soon which the Annapolis location has my monthly loyal attention.

I came in for dinner with my daughter. We ordered the wings,garlic sticks, chicken thighs, kale side salad, and rice. A lemonade and sangria.

Hmm okay.
This meal will barely fill you up. Salad was wrong given a regular salad. Drinks did not arrive until after the food. Had to ask You get your own silver ware after you place your order. Wings- came with a sauce but no sauce appeared until we asked for it.
Garlic sticks- plain garlic bread Salad not correct.cm came late into the meal. Had to ask where our order was. Chicken is anorexic. Small portions. Skewers 5 stars.
Meal was barely enough for 2 people.
Kids playing at working 1 star. No adult supervision on a very light night.

Unfortunately I feel that service should be right hot and in time. Poor experience.
