Noodles and Company — Restaurant in Maryland

I called in my order and arrived 20 minutes later. It was not ready, but the restaurant was at best 1/2 full with 2 people ahead of me waiting for orders. After waiting another 10 minutes in the restaurant, they gave me my order. I am glad I looked through it because it was missing an item.

They quickly corrected it and did not charge me for the forgotten item, which is why this is a 2 star review and not 1 star. 15 minutes after getting to the restaurant, and 35 minutes after placing my order, I got the correct items and left.

When I got home the tomatoes on my salad were frozen. It was like biting into small chunks of tomato flavored ice. Dinner ruined.

The staff was working hard and definitely giving plenty of effort, but it did not seem like they knew what they were doing. There also did not seem to be a manager or person in charge running things.

There were about 3 customers in the dining area. we went to sit at a table but EVERY table was dirty. I don't understand why there is a full staff and an empty dining area and ALL the tables were dirty. I approached the counter to mention the issue and one girl said go talk to the cashier. She was just standing there doing nothing! WHAT? The floor was dirty, customers that had exited the restaurant left there stuff on the tables and it did not get cleaned up in a timely manner, even though, like I said, there was a full staff behind the counter. One girl came out to clean the tables but ignored the table I was sitting at. I had to tell her to clean my table! My daughter went to the restrooms, which were not clearly identified as to where they were and noticed there was no toilet paper. She mentioned it to the staff, but it never got resolved. We had to go somewhere else to use the facilities. I am completely and thoroughly dissatisfied with this place and I will NEVER return....

I came in with my 3 grandchildren to eat on 7-20-25 and had an absolutely horrible experience. Two of the children are dairy and gluten free and we ordered accordingly. Three meals were appropriate and cooked fine while one of the gluten dairy free meals arrived with cheese in it. When we approached the Assistant Manager (who was taking orders) about the issue she insisted that it didn’t and told us that what we thought was cheese was actually liquid egg they use in the Pad Thai. We ended up ordering another meal for my granddaughter just to be safe and it arrived with 3 pieces of dried macaroni in the broccoli. When my granddaughter approached the counter to speak to the Assistant Manager about the meal she saw her coming she turned her back ignoring her for a good 5 minutes while continuing to talk on her phone. She finally spoke with her and replaced the broccoli. My bill ended up being over $55.00 for 4 simple meals! We will never step foot in the...
