Let me just say that anyone looking to find a job here should scramble!!!! First off, the manager is rude, and criticizes you on pointless stuff. This place is sooo strict! Work environment is poor- your not even allowed to communicate with your co-workers. I would try to talk with my co-workers and all I get is bashed from the manager. The manager at this location is rude to the employees at this location. I get criticized for little mistakes or accidents and for not wearing the proper pants! If you want to work here you have to be super man. Cause thatās all the manager wants people who are perfect and make ZERO mistakes. Since day one, Ive been respectful and kind. Manager doesnāt even know how to train. My first day he shows up goes to the computer and makes me start filling out my WORST PLACE EVER!!! Would not recommend!tax/W2 form. Then tells me that I need to memorize codes, like am I gonna work or am I just going to be filling out work like if this is orientation. I even got sent home early on my first day because I didnāt know the codes like wth, I just came here today and you already expect me to know the codes!!!! When I clean the bathrooms itās like Iām being timed for what Iām doing. You take too long they get mad at you, you finish early they get mad at you. and u r I remember just chatting with my co workers when we didnāt have any customers and all of a sudden I get in trouble for it. Let me just tell every person that if you work here and make even just one mistake the manager will be noting it on your profile itās what he did to me. The manager is rude and mean and only plays nice with the customers. I will NEVER recommend working at this Panda Express, but if they are acting like this I assume that all Panda Expresses are the same way!!!! But today I have no idea what was going on and went wrong with the current staff in there. Morrison was the one taking my order through the drive-through. Asked me to wait a second and over a minute later still didnāt say anything until I said something and still told me to wait a second. When he finally was ready to take my order I ordered a plate with fried rice , orange chicken, and beef broccoli. For some reason he said two times half fried rice as the side to which I corrected him both times. And then he said half fried rice, half chow mein. I had to sternly and clearly say āno that is not what I ordered. I want a plate with just fried rice, orange chicken, and beef broccoli.ā When I came to the window he gave me a plate of fried rice, super greens, beef broccoli and orange chicken. I showed him the receipt which even has the wrong order of what I said on it and gave him back the plate to tell him what I ordered. He came back with the food and all he did was put fried rice on top of the super greens. I picked up a piece of cabbage and showed him this isnāt what I ordered to which he said ā thatās with the beef broccoli.ā The beef broccoli does not come with cabbage, the super greens do. I gave him back the plate and told him to make me a new, correct one. He brought it back and finally after all of that it was correct. Do not ever try to just cover something up like that! You donāt know if people have food allergies. Someone couldāve been allergic to the cabbage and if they wouldāve ate that and had an anaphylactic shock you wouldāve found yourself sued.    Read moreWishhhh i can give them 0 star. I always go there to buy some honey walnut shrimp. First the order taker he was very very rude i never talk this kind of person. I asked for walnut shrimp. He ask me 3 4 times for what i want to get. I explain him that what i want. I ordered small size shrimp which i always get with my 3 entries plate . He didnt tell me my total just said pull up the window. I thought it must be $2 i always pay for my shrimp but guess what he asked me $5.30. When i saw my food i got shock. It is same like McDonald small size french fries bag. I tell hum nicely This is very small quantity for the amount i paid he said this is what you can get only. Seriously man only this for $6. I said take it back i dint want it and he refused me. I said again and again when he keep refusing me i asked for manager and he said i am the manager. Wowwwwww seriously thats how panda express trained their managers. If manager is rude you can imagine other employees. He just spoiled my day and im not gonna come back. He dont even guve me my receipt so i can check price. I guess he is stealing money. Manager name is scott. Please give him training again may be this time he will learn some manner to talk with customers. I think he dont know management skills. Manager responsibility is to manage every situation not make the situation worse. Please pleas please dont steal people money they are also working very hard. My heart is crying.
