My first visit was very nice so I decided to return in September for my birthday. I was not please. It was the complete opposite experience than the first and worse; starting w/loud and dark.
I never got all my food, wrong/missing sauces, etc. I ordered some to go for the next day for lunch. My son's to go food was mushy and nasty which we noticed just as we left the parking lot.
We waited a long time for food, drinks and even flatware. Some food ended up getting cold. It was as though the server had no idea what to do or was distracted. We had to repeat our orders several times. I wanted and should've left then. I only received 1 cheap/weak plastic spoon which melted in my bisque, appeared to have been heated in the microwave; although I had ordered other food and was sitting/eating in the dining area.
I explained that we needed metal flatware to eat and still only received a spoon. She would only come over to see if we were finished while she was wiping down tables, etc. It appeared that she was rushing us, but I had spent close to $100. However, when I needed her, she was nowhere to be found. As I was leaving, I noticed that she was rushing to work bar area.
Our entire experience was not great at all, but I wasn't going to let it ruin my birthday. Nevertheless, it was ruined anyway.
When I got home I realized my credit card had not been returned. The server had asked for it 3 times. It was very confusing. When I asked about it, she stated that the 1st time was to hold the money to confirm that I had enough on my account to cover the bill. I explained that this was new to me. The 2nd time was to pay for my bill and she stated that the 3rd time was to be redo the payment due to an error. What?!
I was getting so annoyed. After realizing my card was missing, each person I spoke with acted very strange. They kept me on hold for a while, telling me that they didn't have my card. Each would return asking for the spelling of my name, the color of my card and my bank's name. They apparently have a draw and list of cards and names of people who are missing cards, yet every time I called there's more than a 30min wait. I even spoke with the manager who remembered us. She stated that the server wasn't new.
I explained several reasons I felt that the server acted new, including the fact that the tip didn't appear on my card; something I mentioned to each person I spoke with.
Everyone was more concerned about whether there were additional charges on my card since my visit. There was nothing initially. But, I had immediately frozen access to my card, then requested a new card in about a week or so. At that time the bank informed me that there was a new charge for Amazon which was denied. Amazon informed me that this wasn't from my account and they weren't able to confirm who owned that account. In addition, the bank stated that THE TOTAL CHARGE FOR THE RESTAURANT HAD CHANGED. They felt that it was allowed to go through since the amount was previously approved, bill+tip. I almost told them to dispute the amount since the tip was initially included. I had earlier signed for that amount. When I called the restaurant, each person I spoke with stated that they couldn't find my card or paperwork!
We all should be worried if someone can modify charges to our cards after the fact. I made it clear that I no longer wanted anything done at that point to correct the tip issue after what had happened. But somehow they added it. There was a lot!
WILL NEVER VISIT AGAIN! CMBC Original Review I was concerned since nor many people were in there. But my family was in town and wanted to eat at a seafood restaurant. This one was recommended.
The people were nice and friendly. The food was great. Portions were nice. My son never has enough on his plate, actually had leftovers to carry with him to eat later. I never am able to eat all my food, but was really trying since everything was so good.
Each of us enjoyed ourselves and my family decided that this would be there new go-to place...

I showed my phone screen showing exactly what order was supposed to be given and no call till after completion and stated theres nothing i can do the order is delivered and I can't fix. The mistake falls on the store so the owner needs to do something about this before I press charges sense uber is unable to take the false review off my profile.
Here's what happened. I walk in to pick up order. I show my phone screen with name clearly visible instead of saying who its for. Im handed the order. I walk out. I sit in the parking lot for at least 2 to 5 minutes with my right wheels on the curb due to phone technical issues. No employee came out saying I was given the wrong order. My phone shows no calls before 7:05pm. Trip started at 6:43pm. Trip duration was 14 minutes and 29 seconds. This includes coming to pick up from store and dealing with technical issues sitting in parking lot. They called after completion I didn't answe it was 600 number. I called back saying please call uber theres nothing I can do without working for free I showed you my screen so the mistake is on you not me and they proceeded to say I was unprofessional. This need to be made right or charges will be pressed for slandering name profile and leaving false reviews.
To the owner. Im expecting your reply to include contact to set up a time to meet with the employee about this and so I can see in person her being fired with printed paper showing her termination for this or time your present at the store so i can call to speak with you. And I'm always in the shopping center and sit waiting for deliveries so I will know sooner or later if she's rehired. If I see her before then I will not leave till I've spoken with you about this. Also. Did the guy in the outside photo give his consent to have his picture posted online...

Now fast forward we arrived and we both ordered now she said the Ceasar salad is always fresh and yummy so she ordered that with the cat fish and some hush puppies I ordered the lemon pepper chicken wings, fried flounder, and the fried shrimp which I can say was actually really good however she said to our server JASON that she wasn't satisfied with the cat fish and he actually did absolutely nothing didn't offer anything no replacement nothing now I was a little bit surprised seeing as though she comes there often and she's a really good people person bit I didn't say anything about that I thought the server would have asked her if he could get her something in place of the fish but nothing was offered. On top of I'm not a big eater anymore and I was forced to go with the all you could eat option because my girlfriend was ordering that which I don't believe is fair now I'm forced to go with the all you can eat even though I really couldn't eat that much. Now he's the crazy thing if you want to take your leftovers food there is a 15 fee which is absolutely crazy I've already been charged 39.99 and if I want to take my leftovers food I'll be charged an additional fee for the food that was already paid for I think this place is a joke and I'll never return what a waste and the server JASON was horrible the manager wasn't any better don't...
