Horrible service. This is the absolute worst Panera. I ordered my food through their mobile app, and the food was not given to me until about 10 minutes after the already extended expected time for pick up. Every employee that I had an interaction with this morning was unfriendly, rude, and/or incompetent. However, I expected nothing less since their manager was the worst of all. Her store forgot to buy lids for their tote coffees and instead of apologizing for the inconvenience, she explained to me how I would have to hold the box, or that I could cancel my order after waiting passed the expected pick up time. I then proceeded to ask her if they had anything else that I could carry the coffee in since they didnāt have the normal proper packaging. The manager, Shenella (I believe that was her name, it was the morning shift of March 15th around 9 AM) then proceeded to respond ā were you not listening? Thatās what I just explain to you. They forgot the lids.ā.
Horrible management, unfriendly environment, longer than expected wait times, and makeshift containers.
Please save your time and go to another Panera, there is one 10 minutes away in White marsh that offers 10x better customer service, has the right products to supply their store, and has quick and friendly and on time service.

You never hear anyone complaining and they all work together as a team. I know some days they come in extremely early and some days they stay late yet they are all patient and kind. I own a small business myself and I certainly hope the owner of this location knows what he has in each and every employee here. As an example of their compassion: There was a man sitting in the restaurant that I thought may have been homeless. After I left I thought to myself I should have bought him something to drink. I called Panera and spoke to one of the employees. I ask him if he could give the man a drink and that I would pay for it the next time I came in. He said without hesitation ā I got you covered Miss Marieā. I will never forget that. The first issue I received the wrong sandwich and it was a big deal to make the correct sandwich. The sandwich was rung up correctly on my receipt but was made incorrectly. More recent I ordered a brownie with my soup and sandwich through curbside pickup. I picked up my order in the pouring rain, drove all the way home and they forgot my brownie. I called the store, and spoke with the manager, who said he would refund the brownie since it was forgotten. He was very nice, and apologetic and I understand mistakes happen but guess who never got their refund. I never received my refund its been almost a month since the situation.
