Super Chicken Rico — Restaurant in Maryland

I typically order delivery from GH. Friends of mine just had a baby, so I figured I’d pick up dinner for them on the way to visit. Ordered thru GH for pickup. I’m talking two whole chickens and 6 large sides. Prepaid. Once I got there, I was informed someone else had picked it up. I asked how that could be when 1. My name is on the order for pickup, and 2. This was not an order marked as a delivery. The manager was very nonchalant in telling me someone else took it. He wasn’t apologetic, and had a very “I don’t care” attitude. He actually shrugged his shoulders. He was just downright rude. I was calm and respectful. Mistakes happen. I get it. But to not offer any apology or solution?? I asked if they could make me the same order, and was told it would be 45 minutes, bc none of the chicken was done. This is at 6:15 pm - you don’t have chicken available at at prime dinner time, at Super CHICKEN Rico?? So I left. Never going back. There are a ton of restaurants that offer the same kind of food around here. Give your money to the ones that aren’t incompetent and that...

I went into this establishment to purchase food. I lost my bank card and when I discovered it, I rushed back to the store to see if someone turned it in. I asked the cashier who was looking at me strange but I thought it was because he was irritated because the store was a bit crowded. He says no but I hear customers in the background saying YES! YES! A bit confused I turned around to leave and a customer loudly says where is the card that was turned in? I then realize the YES that I heard was in response to me asking was my card turned in. In disbelief I turn around to the cashier to question why he said, no one turned a card in and he quickly says, where is your I.D looking crazy. I will never return back to this store because they have thieves working here. Unbelievably disgusted!!!!! that someone would try to steal someone card after you patronized their place...

Usually when I come here it's always a pleasure. But this not I came about 645p. The gentleman at the front was horrible. First off. I called because it's 30 minutes away from my house.No answer. When we did arrive he was rude to the two female customers before us. The next customer was a male then my husband and myself he had a different attitude. We had our two toddlers with us. After placing our order and paying, I told my husband to help me put the babies in the car while he waited. We walked out to the car, when my husband returned to the door it was locked.
