I came here with my mom last night and was very disgusted. None of the help was wearing gloves and were very unfriendly. I ended up not purchasing anything and decided to go else where for food because of how nasty the staff looked and how disgusting the cooking area was. Several of the working there look liked they were on drugs. I will not be going back to this location anytime soon. The appearance made me loss my apatite.
So I came here again about 3 months later, thinking my last experience couldn't get any worse, but it was just as bad. Long line, finally got up there and they just ran out of fired rice. Thinking that all they needed to do was replace the bowl, I just thought it would take a extra minute if that. Unfortunately, they had no fried rice cooked and it would be about 15 minutes. This was at about 6:15pm in the evening, which is the dinner rush hour. There was a big line behind me and I'm sure they were disappointed as well. I would never go back to this place, until I hear the service as gotten much better, and it sucks because the food is good. I would void this...
Read moreI usually love panda express, but everything about it was off today.
I got fried rice with orange chicken, teriyaki chicken, and honey walnut shrimp.
I usually can't get enough of the fried rice, but today, it tasted like there was 4x the amount of soy sauce, it also had taste of fish, and I didn't see a single piece of egg in the rice.
The orange chicken is usually a tad on the dry side, but the flavor is normally perfect. Today it was incredibly spicy to the point of not being able to taste anything else.
The honey walnut shrimp is usually sweet and crunchy, but today it wasn't sweet at all, the sauce was salty, and the walnuts tasted burnt.
As for the teriyaki chicken, I'm not sure if it was skin or fat, but there was lots of greasy gummy clumps in the chicken and no teriyaki sauce was included with my order.
I hate that I have to give such a low rating to one of my favorite places to eat before going to the theater, but this was honestly so bad I couldn't eat more than 3 or 4 bites of anything I ordered....
Read moreThis was my first experience at a Panda Express and it was less than average so far as Asian food goes. I let the employee know I was a first-time customer and was hoping for some hospitality and boy was I let down. I ordered the super greens and fried rice with two entrees and am glad I didn't go with all greens because the broccoli was so tough I couldn't even chew it .Raw broccoli would have been more tender than what they served me. The teriyaki chicken was good as well as the orange chicken but customer service doesn't seem to matter much here. If you are going to stop at this store and are a first-time customer, if you are going to dine in, don't forget to get a tray where you first order at because I was not made aware of that and got through to the cashier and told her it was for dine in and asked for a tray and she never mentioned to me to get one from the front or offer to get one for me and she watced me just struggle trying to carry our food (dinner for 3) to a...
