Amazing and yet satisfying is all I can say about this little place that is tucked in at the Quarry Lake vicinity.
I have never tried anything like before, but I've seen these bowls at other locations. There are two entrances in the front and rear.
There is indoor seating, plus a cute small lounge area towards the rear. There is a restroom available.
I wish I had spent time looking at the menu because they do get a lot of traffic in and out, and I didn't want to hold up the line. All I know is I wanted mango, which is my favorite fruit. For my treat, I ordered the Coco Craze minus the coconut flakes and ordered the Electric Mermaid for hubby.
These tiny bowls are the size of ice cream sundae, but they are packed fresh ingredients and leave you mighty full.
The decor is quite the cute, with their tropical theme of surf boards, wooden inspired tables, and chairs, plus the painted murals of waves and tropical leaves.
The honey was very sweet and overly charged my taste buds. I will say I will try it again; their price point for some items start at about $9 and up. If you want a heart and healthy treat, definitely check them out. We received the greatest service, and it is hard to come by sometimes at...

From beginning to end, excellent experience.
I love the fact that you can choose from 2 doors to enter as well as safe free parking lot options.
I was greeted by a very nice young lady who answered all my questions as well as provided free samples.
I ordered the Nica Bowl and Hubby ordered the Tide Bowl. I enjoyed checking out the visuals in this place while waiting. The menu is conveniently located on the wall by register w options galore and descriptions. Plenty of substitutions and add ins. Pineapple decor, 2 picture walls, meal bars for sale, etc.
Once our bowls were complete, they came out Yelp, IG picture ready !! The only thing better than their appearance was their taste. We could taste each fresh ingredient that fit perfect w the bowls. 1/3 of the way in, we were full. I forced my bowl down. Hubby brought his home to freeze and eat the next day. No complaints.
I signed up for their customer loyalty program and can't wait to revisit. I want to try a Green Bowl and Smoothie.
Great event, fantastic service, quality bowls, etc.
Job well done...
Read moreMy friend and I were excited to get Playa Bowls, but our experience was ruined due to poor customer service, wrong orders, and pre-frozen bowls. My friend got her bowl right away, but it was completely frozen and inedible. I waited 20 minutes before politely asking about mine, and the girl behind the counter rudely said it was still not ready. Ten minutes later, my order was ready, but I noticed it was missing the peanut butter that was supposed to be included.
I nicely mentioned it to one of the employees, who was happy to add it. Then the same girl rudely tried stopping him, telling me that there would be an extra charge, even though I had already paid for it. The way she spoke to me was completely unprofessional.
By the time my bowl was made, my friend had finished hers. I then realized my bowl wasn’t even what I ordered.
This time I mentioned the mistake to a different employee who kindly remade my order.
Although the wait time and order mistakes were frustrating, I was mainly taken aback by the very...
