Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Maryland

This Popeyes is a mess! Every time you order something from this particular Popeyes they mess your order up. I have been coming here for the past few years since it's the closest to my house. The other night I specifically told them I wanted Red beans and rice and fries for my two side orders. Instead they give me two orders of fries. Then some of the younger employees are very rude. Be carful before you leave the drive thru and make sure you check the bag. They screw up orders all the time. Common sense is to tell the customer that you have ran out of something. Just don't assume. Another thing thst bothers me about this location is the drive thru wait time. They sometimes have you waiting up to 15 mins in line after they said the wait time will be two mins.This place is not right!

Update: nothing has changed. Went here today and once again items missing. Missing 6 biscuits with my meal. She made the bag look so full that I didn’t even think to check the...

The food was amazing, but the service was not. I went there on my lunch break to get myself and a few of my co-workers lunch and it was insanely busy. The line was all the way back to the back entrance of the restaurant. The service was ridiculously slow. I could literally see the food made, already cooked, just needed to be portioned for people's orders. But the staff was running around all crazy and not preparing anyone's food. So 45 minutes go by and I have all of my co-workers orders, but they still haven't called my order, so I walk up to the register and show them my ticket and they tried to tell me they handed me my food already... I showed them everything I had and of course was missing one order, my own. So I had to wait another 15 MINUTES to get my food. I was not the only disgruntled customer there that day either. Needless to say, I will not be a return customer to that location. The food was good tho! That's why I gave...

Of all the Popeyes I have visited, and they are all great, I keep coming back to this one. Many reasons.

Clean place! With COVID, no indoor dining. Still, they keep it very clean.

Friendly staff! And hardworking, too. They are focused on their work. Never saw one on a cell phone ignoring customers (see that a lot at other fast food places and convenience stores). They are doing the best they can and hustle. But please check your order before you leave. No one is perfect. But they correct immediately.

They have "local favorites" menu. Chicken with one side, no drink. For me, its an excellent value.

I've never had a bad experience at any Popeyes. This location is just a bit better...
