This is the umpteenth time that this location has gotten my order incorrect. Last night I was too tired to come back and get the correct wings (sweet and spicy) Instead, they gave me sweet and smoky Chipotle. Iāve been very understanding , the light skin lady with the dreads I guess sheās the manager, wasnāt there she usually is very professional and accommodating. However, I came in and told the young lady my usual situation about the mobile app, not allowing you to order a six piece combo with a frozen lemonade - and I usually just swap it out when I get there. The young lady made me pay an entire 1.06 difference . I pretended I couldnāt count for a second and asked her how much more the frozen beverage is. $2.59 to $3.29 is $1.06 more ?? wow! then I only checked for my condiments (idiot me)I donāt know what it is about Popeyes franchises telling their employees that there is no more sauce left or you donāt atleast give a disclaimer that youāre not gonna include the condiments when asked to on the mobile order. but Iām always constantly having to ask them for sauce. They look at me weird and only give me one then pretend that thereās no more left . literally saw someone come in ask for the same sauce and the young Hispanic girl gave them one. Iām going to be persistent instead of trying to run away. I have to stand up for our community . a simple Popeyes in our neighborhood should be functionable enough to visit from time to time. Iām gonna keep up the good fight next time I will take pictures , names, ask for the managerā¦before I step out and drive all the way back home. The young lady took it and said asked did I want anything else. I told her. I just a side of large red beans and rice. A man walks to the window and say no we canāt take that you have to take it back to Baltimore. š. No greeting or unfortunately we wonāt be able to assist you. I looked at him and asked him was he serious and he said take it back to Baltimore. I was starving and happened to be in Baltimore and stopped at that location. This location is 15 minutes from my house and given that I come here frequently. I didnāt think the swap out was that big of a deal. Iāve never seen this man before but if Iām not mistaken his name is Mr. V. I will attempt to get in touch with the Baltimore location to see if they can give me a refund. The development of this area is happening quickly given there is sick other fast food places that just opened up near you that was a bad move. The way he just spoke to me over some food was sad. The goal is to never be unhappy or rude as he was to me. Eating in PG County is a hit or miss when it comes to customer service. She was a Black lady with locks or twist in her hair, she was very professional always greeted customers with respect and a smile. When she was there the food was on point. Now this Popeyes is run by nothing but Hispanic and the food if horrible. Everytime I visit this Popeyes thereās something wrong with my order. Iām not bias, but I have noticed the changes at this location.
Iāve experienced a little bit of rice drenched in red beans and gravy. There was actually little to no rice in that container. I asked for a thigh and received a cut piece of chicken that looked like a chicken neck. Ive received undercooked chicken on 2 separate occasions.
It a Hispanic female manager that has a bad attitude. I was in the drive-thru and she was at the window. I tried to explain to here my experiences and she completely ignored me didn't give me no eye contact. She just pushed my food out the window at me.
Iāve including what my chicken looked like at my last visit (undercooked). Iāve learned my lesson, I wonāt patronize this...
