I'm a regular here. Let me give you a quick run down.
TLDR: If you've been having a rough day, maybe don't go here. Their customer service may just be tipping point. Otherwise, their food is fantastic and they will hook you up with a good portion.
Long version:
The food here, as most Quickway Hibachi restaurants, is actually fantastic. They also really hook you up with good sized portions at this particular location.
With that being said, their service can sometimes be a real hit or miss at times. If you call ahead (and this only seems to happen when the cute shorter woman with red hair and a side of sass answers) and try to place an order, be sure to let her know to start the order right away because she will sometimes not start it until you get there (which really defeats the purpose of calling ahead). She also keeps insisting that the manager wants to have people pay over the phone for phone orders (especially anything containing raw fish like their poke bowl or sushi). No one feels comfortable giving out their card number over the phone. Either let them pay when they get there, or have some sort of an online service that handles the transaction. This is the only store that I've gone to where I've experienced this.
On my last experience, one of the guys asked me if I wanted extra sauce for my hibachi chicken. I said yes and he pours it into one hibachi chicken bowl and then tries to hand me another. When I told him he handed me the wrong one, he looked at me extremely dumbfounded and another guy stepped in and fixed it.

The guy with the glasses manning the grill was more into his phone than he was preparing my food. When I attempted to inform him that I had paid for extra shrimp, he ignored me. The lady who was on the sauce also ignored what I was saying and asked me if I wanted sauce. I said no I want the extra shrimp I paid for. The guy that took my order had to come over and tell the guy on the grill that I get extra. The guy manning the grill came off as very disinterested, in providing me with the customer service I requested. His phone was more important. His facial expressions, coupled with his lackadaisical response when I communicated my displeasure with his service was disrespectful. Driver was so sweet to go back for me they are fussing with the driver saying someone grabbed the other half of my order then showed him but it was saying someone else was picking up the order. We both like no way. Then they are yelling. The new person tht finally came to get the other part of my order was nice enough to give it to the original driver. The cooks are yelling asking is this it is this the whole order not even speaking clearly but have the Audacity to be yelling and being rude. Never again will I go there.
