DO NOT EAT HERE! I have lived in the area since 2020 and this is a fairly close Chick-fil-a. It doesn’t matter how courteous or respectful you are, every service member hired at this location waits on you with complete disdain and contempt.
They consistently get my order wrong. There have been multiple instances where I order a grilled sandwich on whole wheat bread and they make it with white bread. I cannot eat white bread.
Due to my dietary restrictions I only ever order one thing from this store, the grilled chicken club meal. As of late, the grilled patty has been undercooked, pink, and leaves a pungent aftertaste of raw meat. This has happened on more than one occasion.
My final straw with this store occurred when I sent my daughter in the store to collect my carryout order. Personally, I prefer their Honey Roasted BBQ sauce. This location is frequently out of that. I requested the sauces with my carryout order. My daughter checked the bag and it was nowhere to be found. She asked the manager/shift lead if she could have some seeing as there was none in the bag and she viscerally and vehemently yelled at her.
The lead claimed they were low on the sauce and that she put the sauce in the bag. Upon checking the bag, she realized there was no sauce in the bag and aggressively handed it to my daughter.
The attitudes would be excusable if this wasn’t a consistent experience. If you live in Upper Marlboro, you can have your order made CORRECTLY and served with a smile at the Bowie or Brandywine location. Do not waste your money here. Much better food and service at the...
Read moreI would normally rate Chick-Fil-A at 5 out of 5 stars for fast food. Today however, I am very disappointed and quite put out by having an order delivered instead of picking up. I am really debating if they have lost my business for good, and I think that answer may be a resounding, YES. I have never been a huge fan of up-charging but I do understand it. However... I paid $111.52 (not including tip), for a delivery order that would been $78.10 if I would have picked it up. That is an up-charge of $33.42 on the order. This order was for 4 kids, 5 piece chicken nugget meals (normally $6.75 ea, delivered $8.79 ea) 2 spicey deluxe chicken meals (normally $11.75 ea, delivered $15.23 ea), 1-12 piece nugget Meal (normally $12.85, delivered $16.69), and 1 Chicken Club Meal (normally $14.25, delivered $18.53). Then, they charged a $3.99 delivery fee on top of that! This is ridiculous, Chick-Fil-A! A ten dollar delivery fee would have been acceptable, and I would have been happy to pay it for the convenience. A +$30 dollar charge is not acceptable, under any circumstances! I'm a 20%+ tipper, so you can do the math on the real cost of convenience here. Don't get blind sided by up-charges by...
Read moreBesides one of the other CFA's in New Jersey, this has to be the worst one I've ever been to. Apparently, looking at recent reviews, my experience is not unique- I really hope corporate takes notice since they apparently didn't on their feedback site. The first drive through attendant I have ever had with an attitude and ticked off tone, not a smile to be seen anywhere near her face, and got the order wrong. She just couldn't be bothered and was so snappy taking my order, rushing me through, it took me off guard and was unpleasant compounded with unexpected, considering her nametag said she was a LEAD! Just wow. The hash browns were mushy and I wasn't even given a receipt with my order. I had to go all the way back (because of course the wifi doesn't reach the drive through and my app is on a phone with no cellular data) to get it so I could comp my points later and also have the info to report the incident to corporate. Which I did, almost 2 weeks ago, and still have heard crickets from management at this establishment. Clearly, they do not value their customers here or what they have to say! EXTREMELY dissapointed and can't UNrecommend this...
