Checkers — Restaurant in Maryland

The food was good and hot. But the service was very very slow. I walked up to the carry out window and I was the only one in line. Now my food was made and served to me in a timely matter but they had my Bank card as my payment and I had to wait 15 minutes for them to finally run it. I'm not sure what the hold up was as the drive thru was not that busy. And I don't understand why they couldn't have just rang my order up and charged my card. I also saw several employees in the kitchen not wearing mask. Actually I don't think but 1 out of 6 employees I saw actually had a mask on. Actually some others did but they were on their chin leaving their mouth and nose exposed. I don't think I'll be returning to this location and I'm not recommending anyone else either. Eat there at your own risk. I hope they get there act together cause that's quite a hefty fine for them not wearing mask in this Covid-19 epidemic. If not cause for them to get shut down. I ran a fast food restaurant and if I was running that place all those employees would be docked if not fired for blatant disregard for the customer's safety and their own...

Ghetto as hell. Was asked to pull to the side and wait after paying.. Cool, no problem.. 15 minutes later after watching numerous cars go thru drive thru and pull off with their orders I walked to the window where all the employees inside just looked at the order window at me, and continued acting like they were working hard. The young lady working was standing around messing with her phone at the prep table and going thru peoples bags with no gloves on checking the orders I guess. It wasn't until other customers that were waiting outside to order started banging on the windows did someone finally come to the order window. Total time.. 30 minutes. For a burger, small fries...

Employees are unsanitary and they really need to improve on their customer service. Watched the cook at the frying station touch dirty drawers with the exact same gloves she used to grab the meat. Had same visit as another customer where I was asked to pull to the side while at least 6 cars behind me got their food at the window and left only for me to have to pull back up to the window after waiting, they messed up my order and I ended up having to go back a third time because after the first mistake I still didn't get my slushies. On top of that the guy giving me my stuff acted as if I did something wrong for coming back to get what I paid for. Won't...
