Ross Dress for Less — Local services in Clinton

Could be a great location, but unfortunately it is being run terribly. There seems to be more focus on preventing theft than providing a customer experience. The racks and shelves are in complete disarray…..yet there are multiple security agents walking around with body cameras. Only 1 cashier to check customers out but 5 floor walkers, that are obviously just looking for people that may be stealing. The door security watches you pay at the cashier counter, but they still force you to have your receipt checked. What can be stolen between the checkout counter and the door, if you are being watched like a hawk. If theft is this big of an issue here close the store. No other establishment in this shopping center has these policies, so it’s can’t be the area. They just choose to treat every customer as a thief, which is sad. If you need anything, Burlington is right next door and they won’t accuse you...

I came to the Ross store and asked the manager Ceazar for some help with one of your products. I was surprised at the treatment I received from one of your managers. I have never been so humiliated in all my life from this man who is supposed to be in charge in a civil way to bring customers back! I will never shop this store in Clinton, Utah ever again for fear I will be mistreated again. I have spent $100’s of dollars here that I regret doing. I sure hope corporate or someone higher up will take care of this horrible issue. Even an employee was overheard asking another employee what this manager’s problem is as she had been talked down...

Went for the first time last evening, I was very disappointed when I went inside. Despite this being a new store most items were misplaced and things all over the place. Didn’t have a big selection either. Not organized at all like other Ross Stores and the people who work there not that friendly. I live in Clinton but have seen over the years the type of people who have moved to this area are making the area go downhill!! No decency at all!! Went to Burlington next door and that was a different story. Burlington was well organized with friendly people to help. Save your self the trip and go...
