The litter in Clinton over the past decade has become a significant problem. I have no problem reporting public areas to the county (I do this often) to be cleaned but I'm not sure how to get the shopping centers taken care of. I know the property management company is responsible but I don't know how to report issues to them. Currently researching that but any information on the process would be greatly appreciated. I did see that there is a DTLR coming beside the marshalls.. but I would really love some where to go clothes shop on this side, without going to Waldorf.
