Quickway Japanese Hibachi — Restaurant in Maryland

I went to this establishment because it was new to the area but it is not a new chain.

When I got there it was only myself and another gentleman in front of me. The gentleman in front of me placed his order and then I placed mine. I got 2 sushi rolls.

The gentleman in front of me got his food. A older woman came in behind me she placed her order and got her food before mine. Another Gentlemen came in and his order was even ready before mine.

So I waited at least about 20+ min, Just to receive 2 sushi rolls. Then I was also given complications with yum yum sauce. The gentleman told me that the yum yum sauce did not go with the sushi. At other locations I am able to get one free yum yum sauce with whatever I buy including sushi.

This gentleman gave me a hard time what time about the yum yum sauce I was I was so disgusted about how they conducted slow business. I actually wanted a refund but because one of the sushi rolls were for somebody else I could not do that. I simply took my food and left.

I vow to never go back to that location again. I will go to the other locations where I know oh they can handle...

Very good for what it’s worth. Plus the customer service was amazing. I walked in on the phone with my husband and it probably took me 10min to order everything because it was our first time and didn’t know what to get. But the guy at the register was patient and happily took my slow order 🤣 Also I like the fact that you can go half on the noodle and fried rice in the combo. So I order hibachi chicken & shrimp with half noodle and half fried rice. Some places don’t let you do that. I Appreciated that because now I don’t have to spend extra money on a side of noodle or rice that I probably won’t eat all up. The sushi rolls are good too. I test trial with a California Roll, it was great. Also, ordered the spicy shrimp and crab roll and my husband loved it. Loved it will order...

I had seen this new place in Waldorf a few times while out and wanted to try it. I placed an online order and when I walked in it smelled of Fabuloso or cleaning products, which is never a good sign. They had a fan on the floor that looked like maybe they had just cleaned the floor but it was also filled with gunk so I tried to get past it but while waiting for food the smell should have told me to cancel my order. The first bite wasn’t super flavorful compared to my normal hibachi place but I continued eating … the beef tasted like 2 year old freezer burnt steak-ums … AND THEN I FOUND MULTIPLE LONG BLACK HAIRS !!!
