Ruby Thai Kitchen — Restaurant in Maryland

The food and service is terrible at this location me and my family have been eating at the Westfeild Wheaton Ruby Thai Kitchen for 10 years now and we have never had one bad experience. Today me and my family came to PG Mall and spotted a Thai kitchen restaurant and were erratic to eat there. Unfortunately the cashier and the manager were very rude and disrespectful not specifying why we had to pay $26.17 for soggy chicken with no flavor when we asked for compensation she claimed that we had already eaten the food even thought the box remained untouched and told us to call the police for no reason when we just wanted a refund. The lady didn’t even offer us another food item or a new food box just straight up ignored us. We had to call the general assistant security director of the mall and he was helpful in the matter telling the owner to give us compensation but she refused and we now have to take this matter to a local small court. I had this food at Wheaton Westfield mall, and they were great. Today I came to see my friend and went to the PG mall, and I saw Ruby Thai, so I went there. This place in PG mall, they're bad. The amount they give us is a lot smaller than the one in Wheaton mall, and their spicy bbq chicken has no vegies in it, it's just so different.
