Terrible service. When we walked in the woman at the bar said “menus up here” in an irritated tone and nothing else. She was very curt when I went up to order. We ordered at 2:30pm and waited while other people walked after us and were served. The woman complained loudly to all the customers that her cook left. She was chatting on an earpiece the whole time, which is probably why she forgot about our burrito. When we asked when our burrito would be ready, she said she forgot and “let me go cook it” with a sigh. At that point we had been waiting an hour. No apology. She said it would be 5-10 more minutes. After 25 more minutes, I went up and asked for a refund. She said it’s almost ready and did I want her to throw it away. I said I had to leave and needed the refund, so she called her boss and tried to figure out how to issue the refund for another 5 minutes while she complained on the phone about the cook and customers. Another man came up to ask when his food would be ready and she was rude to him as well. We were there for a total of an hour and a half (in an airport restaurant!) Just the worst attitude. People like this don’t deserve any job. If you’re busy and have a lot of orders, get off the phone. If you make a mistake, apologize. There is no excuse for being rude to customers or for complaining to them about the rest...
Read moreGreat Service, delicious, sumptuous foods. We had Fish and Chicken Tacos - so fresh hot off the grill, giant burrito, large juicy burger. Very happy and satisfied. Evelyn was wonderful- she carried this place. She was funny, boisterous, related well with everybody, she was the reason we decided to eat here, and we were not disappointed.
This place was outside security so we could eat together and then split up to our different flights. Sorry the pictures we took are not the best because we already started eating cux the food was so good! Wanted to show how big the fish in the taco-it was a whole length of fresh fish, not just pieces.
We would come again just to eat here. Thanks for the great food and service. Ms Evelyn is a...
Read moreA weird throwback to 1990s airport dining at BWI. This is pre-security ("landside").
It's tucked into the "wasted space" corner next to where the old C concourse security entry used to be. Much smaller than you might expect.
A single clearly overwhelmed staffer was the only server/bartender. No bar service, go stand in line for any order. Drinks from their website for this location were described as unavailable. Wine is served in plastic cups for some reason. And it's priced the same as a restaurant.
BWI's food&beverage options remain weak, but these guys aren't trying, even by that standard. Go somewhere before you arrive, or hit one of the many options...
