Smoothie was good but the employee was unnecessarily rude. When I arrived I politely gave my name and inquired about my order if the one he was concluding was mine and no one else was in the store and his response with a rude tone was ā€œWhenā€™s your pick up time?!?!ā€ And I showed my app where it doesnā€™t show an exact time just an estimate which was why I inquired. He could have just said yes or no. Skip the attitude and be proud of yourself for being on time or early. I wonā€™t tip ahead of time at this location again.

When they are open itā€™s a normal smoothie king experience, the girls behind the counter are pleasant if a little slow, but Iā€™ve never been to a franchised store with such inconsistent opening and closing. Literally never open when they say they are, no one answers the phone, the mobile ordering goes on and off, and they have a rude sign about being short staffed in the front that can be really off putting. Corporate should look into this.

Any time I come to Towson, I make sure I step at Smoothie King for my delicious ice cold tropical smoothie. Free spacious parking in front. Especially this unpredictable global warming lead us to render ourselves to the cold iced smoothie King.

I entered the store at 7:45pm. Upon entering I noticed two new drinks they had. I walked to the register and ordered my usual two smoothies. Then I decided to try the new drinks that were being displayed. So I walked back to the front of the store to see the name of the new drinks. When I went back to the register the man behind the counter said "whatever you want can you hurry up and order it" I replied "excuse me " and he said " we are about to close so can you hurry up and order" and then I stated "it is only 7:48pm and they close at 8pm which he then said "I have stuff to do before closing like sweeping". I feel that me taking 30 seconds to get the name of the two drinks I want shouldn't of been that big of a deal and that he was rude and showed poor customer service so I the walked out! I will just take my 30$ to tropical...

I frequently visit this store I had no complaints until tonight with the manger Brianna Green! I have a toy dog that weighs 3 pounds and she rudely tells me there are no dogs allowed because they are a restaraunt that serves food! Unless she is a service dogšŸ™„šŸ˜¶! Why not make my smoothie and get me out of there I was coming from a work out where I took my puppy and wanted to get a smoothie before I went home. I spend so much money with this franchise if something is not done I will no longer patronize this store! I work in costumer service and thy is no way to treat a customer even if that's the "policy" you don't handle it the way she did! It was very rude I come there with my puppy and everywhere else all the time!...

I am addicted to smoothie king. This is often my go to place to grab something healthy to drink and relax a bit as I cruise home drinking my smoothie.

I ran into an issue that bothers me that I plan to report to corporate on my last visit there. I had enough points to cash in and get a free smoothie on Friday. They told me that they can not use my free smoothie discount on Fridays due to the 5 dollar sale on 32 oz. And if I did use it they could only give me the smaller one. This doesn't make sense to me as I should be able to use the free smoothie points at any time.
