Visited this location today, on a Saturday morning. Super busy to say the least. I'm actually still waiting for my order after 20mins and when I tell you I'm not the least bit bothered, I mean just that! There are at least 20 people in here at once (more considering the customers coming in from their cars to grab orders). I have never witnessed any batista/cashier maintain their poise, provide excellent customer service independently to over 20 people so smoothly, respectfully and as promptly as Lacy did. Lacy's customer service was so refreshing! Definitely set a positive tone to my day. I was delighted to remain patient and witness Lacy demonstrate such amazing customer service experiences to reach and every customer in the lobby. Lacy provided customers with a true experience and as someone who's really big on customer service, I genuinely appreciated my encounter today! Great selection of staff Starbucks! Honestly, the level of teamwork behind the scenes surely made it easier for Lacy to remain calm and confident while consistently providing customers with a top notch experience! P.S. I almost never do reviews so taking the time to do so while waiting truly speaks volumes. Oh...I ordered a Vt Caramel Frap, oatmilk, ex cruchies, extra caramel, double shot of blonde expresso and it was made to perfection!!! My daughter got a vanilla bean frappe and enjoyed...

I accidentally made online orders here when I was at another Starbucks location. So then I came back the next day and told one of the people there, he just gladly gave me a refund to my Starbucks card.
It's the Starbucks experience here!

My coffee was not made right. Asked an employee to put in some more ice. She didn't even seem to want to provide a good customer service. Went out to my car when I relized that my card was charted twice. So I went in to get that fixed. This time Natalia(might have been Natalie) was up to talk to me. She was friendly and welcoming who was well representing Starbucks and its value unlike the previous one. She said there might be some orther reasons for the double charts. I just said ok. But she decieded to refund my card anyway. I was happy to go on my day after that.
It was a bad experience with the coffee and the first employee, but Natalia saved the day. It takes one good employee to save the day. But I wouldn't count on her every time to bail Stabucks reputation. It's perhaps better to prevent hiring bad employees in the first place.
It is a time of high inflation. Starbucks is strugling enough raising the price to keep up. Bad custoner service is not a problem it wants to deal with...
Read moreThe barista lady today (Sunday, 2nd Apr) was rude and didn't make it clear that she was only taking drink orders. She left us there at the till standing while taking the next persons order. We finally figured out we needed to move to the next register. The man at this register cashes us out and didn't ask for the rest of our order! ... which, btw, the woman had rung our Drinks on her register-- eh? Confusion! After we got our drinks-- she didn't even give me mine even though I was standing right in front of her. I got my latte and looked up and caught a woman, who was in the queue behind us, shake her head at me. Well- that's basically giving me the silent F%k You! I confronted her- she called me rude... and as one can imagine-- it all went pear shaped. The Starbucks barista bad attitude woman threatened to call the police! Whaa? How did this get here? Yes i shoulda walked out the door- but I did speak to the manager. She confirmed that her employee had no right to react and threaten me. Maybe it's just Baltimore....or is it Starbucks? This isn't the first time I've encountered piss poor attitudes/service. I've also never experienced one taking my drink order and then cashing out at the next. Regardless it's clear that communication and customer service comes first doesn't exist...
