Starbucks — Restaurant in Maryland

I have to express my genuine gratitude to each and every team member at this Starbucks location. Not just for their professionalism, but also for setting a standard by which I now judge all other Starbuck locations.

I've had the honor of getting to know all of the team members at this location over the past couple of years and each one of them has shown that they work hard, care for their customers and love their team.

My job requires I travel frequently around the metro area, whether it's down in Tysons Corner, DC, Chevy Chase, Baltimore and farther, none of the surrounding locations I visit weekly, hit the high level of product consistency, positive "team to customer" rapport or thorough product knowledge, all of the time, the way that this team does. Always smiling, maintaining composure and positive attitude with difficult customers, suggesting products and bringing awareness to new seasonal products, having fun with their job and envolving their customers, remembering not just a customer's name and preference, but also personal information, ensuring cleanliness and proper marketing of products, etc. is just the start. They themselves are truly a value added product.

Absolutely best and Awesome Customer Service. On Friday I Accidently bought the wrong chocolate covered almonds and originally I was looking to buy there chocolate covered espresso beans 🤤 and after accidentally opening the almonds the manager approved me to be able to switch them out for the espresso beans free of charge. He didn't even hesitate. He was absolutely the Nicest shift leader/ Manager I have ever come across. This store is top notch also never have had a drink made wrong or anything if it has ever happened they have always fixed it immediately 👌☕

It's worth taken extra drive to this location next to Giant if you do not live in Wheaton. Nothing but positive experiences especially with the crew and guy who's either the shift leader or manager!!!. Starbucks was just fine. It's your typical Starbucks, nothing terribly special. I did find it a little bit busy for 1 in the afternoon but I guess that's a good thing for the business.

WiFi was good. Was able to get some work done well I was drinking my iced coffee. Plenty of outdoor seating. Definitely needed as the indoor seating area was completely full.

For some strange reason, there were combinations on the restroom doors. I am mystified by this as they had the combinations written on labels attached to the locks. Seems to defeat the...
