Starbucks — Restaurant in Maryland

Stopped in on a day when there was a holiday buy one get one free special. I'm a rewards member and waited patiently while the person in front of me got excellent customer service. The employee caring for my predecessor answered every detailed questions. My experience not so much. Iwas treated poorly, told that I could not get the "rewards" special because the time had expired by one minute. When I was told that I would not be eligible for the free drink because I didn't order before the end of the "deal" which was at 6 pm for rewards members. (one hour later than that for the rest of the starbucks general population. I thought she was kidding, so did a little half hearted laugh and assumed she was "putting it through correctly". Only to realize that I was charged full price for both drinks. I questioned her and she said there was "nothing she could do". I said, yes you can, you can give me the drink for free as you know you should since you know Ihave been standing here patiently since well before the end of the special deal. Well. after some time, she did credit the amount back to my card, but then to add insult to injury, Ihad ordered a cold drink and they made me a hot drink. .... OK ...you win OC Starbucks. I will never cross your doors again. Sign me one unhappy OC Starbucks customer. This is not my usual opinion of Starbucks. So, I will hope that this is just an isolated situation and that everyone elxse that crosses the threshold to this store, have wonderful...

Here on vacation and was dying for a Starbucks drink. Thought of it for several days actually. Finally made the trip over to this location to be disappointed. I went inside to order. The girl that took my order, not sure of her name but dark hair and put into two buns. She seemed extremely impatient. She was making it very clear of that too which was unsettling. After ordering my coffee I stepped aside to wait. They seemed a little busy but nothing too bad so I expected to wait. However 20 minutes go by and still no drink. My kids are waiting in the car for me. There was a coffee sitting on the counter so I approached another girl that worked there. Blonde hair. I asked very nicely about my drink and she looked at me confused and said I don’t have a sticker for that drink and then walked away from me. Never asked anyone there about it. Never asked me to correct it. Nothing. I paid already. So I again stood there longer then approached her again asking nicely should I just reorder but mentioned I did already pay. She looked confused and looked behind her at the girl that took my order and the girl that took it snapped at me that it was coming. I immediately was upset and walked out without my drink that was paid for. I was very nice the entire time but that girl has zero customer service skills and I was done making my kids wait any longer as well as wait around for a small drink from a very rude barista. I am here for a few more days and will not be coming back to...

There is maybe six parking spaces in the lot, you will need to park in the extend stay lot (2 blocks away) or park on the street. When we arrived management was a bit rude 😒 did not seem like they wanted to process our reservation. My daughter and I changed quickly because we had dinner reservations,when we return back to the motel to turn in from a long night ,i had the displeasures of asking management for a change of linen because long strands of hair and makeup were left behind from the previous person😠once I took the bed a part, I realized it was the equivalent of a pull out bed, the matress was thin and you could feel the hardware/ springs thru the bed. It was 1 a.m in the morning and we were tired, so I slept in one position all 🌃 night..... when we got up in the a.m to shower, the entire room filled with steam,which caused the floors,walls and bathroom to be wet 🤪the floors in the room were sloped 🏄 which made it hard to walk on(i had to catch myself from falling.... SMH. I was unfamiliar with this property and I did not bother to check for reviews. It was cheap 💰. Needless to say, I can not say our time here was enjoyable...
