Well, it's a bridge. Seems pretty friendly, we have never had any problems. Stays up a little long but don't we all. It seems to let the boats under and the traffic across when required. I know they're doing maintenance on it but again I think we all need a little maintenance from time to time. So as far as Bridges go this one seems...
