Man this place sucks! I used to love Starbucks- went every morning for 25 years. This morning I decided to revisit, grab a cup before my haircut. I didnāt expect to go through so many hurdles for a venti drip. Starbucks hasnāt returned to offering cream and sugar for self service despite the WHO declaring covid no longer a health emergency last year. Thereās no space to fix your coffee. This location has no trash receptacles. There is a recycling bin at the front of the store. I had to fix my coffee on the table for online orders so of course, I was in everyoneās way. Too much milk is given, and is wasted. It also creates trash because they give it to you in a tall paper cup. Last straw was my exit. This location has been here since 2004 with two operating entrance/egress. Now it seems the door in the back is a fire door. I went to leave and my hand touched the bar before I read all the signs. I did not open the door or trigger any mechanisms in the door itself to unlock but I did touch it and a blaring alarm sounded. The young man behind the counter had to stop what he was doing to silence the alarm with a set of keys. What the everloving F? Iām done with this place and Starbucks because Iām done paying $5 for a cup of lukewarm pikes and then not having anyplace to fix my coffee. Completely absurd. Staff is always welcoming and kind.

I know they have hired quite a few new people and my drinks have been less quality than when one of the senior baristas make it. But people need to learn and I accept that. Today, my order that my boyfriend picked up for me was quite wrong. I went up to Starbucks on my way to work (Iām a RN so my coffee is extremely important to me!). Spoke to the evening supervisor, a young man that I see often and is always friendly and smiling. I explained to him what was wrong with my drink and told him I was in a hurry to work. He was quite apologetic, remade my order right away, and so polite the whole time. People make mistakes and people need to learn. Thatās life. But how a person handles the mistake and how quickly and kindly they rectify the situation is what leaves the final impression on a customer, not that their order wasnāt right. Iām very appreciative he was able to get me out quickly and to work on time. So again, even though my order was wrong, the customer service recovery was amazing and that is why I will continue to patronize this Starbucks as my main...

The girl at the register seemed unsure about everything. I ordered a grande iced white chocolate mocha w extra flavor.. She charged me $2 extra for my extra flavor!!!! I come here PLENTY ! I have been charged extra before, but NEVER $2 for syrup!!! When I asked for a receipt she acted totally confused so I just said never mind. Got my drink and it tasted like it maybe had one pump of flavor. When I asked the barista she completely acted like she couldn't care less !!!
I will NEVER come here in the afternoon again, and if it wasn't for a super sweet girl on the register and a very very friendly gentleman barista (who makesy drinks PERFECTLY) in the mornings, I'd be done with this location all together!!!
