I really like this place! I had first stopped at a much more known chain jewelry shop just a short distance away to have a ring repaired and was turned away. This because the store had changed their hours of operation without also changing their advertising both online and even the sign on their own door! What jerks, jared! So looking for another jewelry shop that was open; 2 minutes later, I arrived at J W. Friendly, courteous, and most importantly, open! Ha. They have a master craftsman on location; they used to have a watchmaker, but no more. Oh well, Took the ring I had and fixed it in just a few days. Excellent job done with the ring. A little shop with great service, this is the place to go for any repairs. The price is very reasonable and you can't beat the service or the friendliness of the folks...

I visited JW Jewelers for the first time today and immediately sensed they’ll be my jeweler of choice from now own. Great folks and “J” corrected another jeweler’s mistakes with my new Rolex watch band and it’s a perfect fit. I had no apprehension about leaving my very precious to me gold necklace to be repaired and as I told them, all my future jewelry needs will be take care of there. Sometimes you just know when you’re in the right place and dealing with good people! Picked up my necklace today and it looks great.
